Our Values and Leadership Behaviors

About the Role

We’re hiring a Staff Product Manager – Web Lead to drive the vision, strategy, and execution for our web product experience. This is a senior individual contributor role responsible for owning the end-to-end roadmap for Gazelle.com, ecoATM.com, and future web surfaces. Your mission: build a frictionless, conversion-optimized, omnichannel experience that helps us acquire, engage, and retain customers across trade-in, trade-up, and device pricing flows.

You’ll lead both new product development and optimization efforts across core customer journeys, including Trade-In, Trade-Up, Price Your Device, and Kiosk Locator. You will partner closely with UX, marketing, pricing, engineering, and analytics to ensure the web experience is high-converting, customer-first, and ecommerce-expert-led.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the full web product roadmap across ecoATM and Gazelle domains.
  • Lead optimization and innovation of trade-in, trade-up, pricing, and kiosk locator flows.
  • Drive end-to-end conversion improvements across the site.
  • Define and execute strategies that support omnichannel growth and unify the digital experience.
  • Apply deep ecommerce and CRO expertise to shape design, UX, and engagement patterns.
  • Partner with UX, engineering, analytics, and marketing to deliver high-performing experiences.
  • Build and test usage-based growth loops, free-to-paid flows, and other retention-driving mechanisms.
  • Collaborate with pricing teams to integrate market-based pricing intelligence into web surfaces.

Qualifications

  • 8 years in product management with a focus on consumer-facing ecommerce experiences.
  • Deep expertise in CRO, ecommerce UX patterns, and data-driven optimization.
  • Experience owning PDPs, checkout flows, or other revenue-critical web systems.
  • Proven success leading cross-functional product development at scale.
  • Strong grasp of A/B testing, performance metrics, funnel analytics, and experimentation frameworks.
  • Comfortable operating as a senior IC in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.
  • Excellent communicator who can partner effectively across UX, engineering, analytics, and marketing.
  • Must have experience in ecommerce or DTC product environments — SaaS or content platform experience does not substitute.

Why Join Us?

  • Lead the future of omnichannel commerce at a profitable, high-growth company.
  • Own web strategy and execution for a company transforming how consumers buy, sell, and upgrade devices.
  • Work with a passionate team of builders across product, UX, engineering, and marketing.
  • Thrive in a remote-first culture with flexibility, autonomy, and leadership visibility.
