Through the use of integrated data, Artemetrx precisely and efficiently identifies sub-optimal utilization of prescription drugs from multiple angles, such as member, prescriber, or drug. Built on more than 20 years of drug management expertise, the web-based platform provides users with reports, dashboards, and multidimensional filtering and dynamic drill-down capabilities, enabling efficiency, precision, and scalability for drug management. PSG is seeking a Sr. Clinical Consultant to drive innovation, client focus, and clinical strategy in the rapidly evolving drug management market. This role focuses on developing strategies for drug management across benefits and channels, utilizing data to improve clinical outcomes and reduce costs for payer clients. An ideal candidate will be comfortable as an experienced professional, an individual contributor, assessor of data, detail oriented with strong communication skills and ability to work efficiently and collaboratively as part of a team.

JOB OVERVIEW:
Key Responsibilities
- Clinical Strategy Development: Create innovative clinical programs, products, and services aimed at optimizing specialty and non-specialty drug management, support payer clients with their PBM and drug coverage decisions
- Data Analysis and Action: Act as a detail-oriented advisor, using data-driven insights to evaluate pharmacy programs, identify trend drivers, outlier high-cost claims and drive improvements.
- Pipeline and Trend Management: Monitor emerging market trends and drug pipelines to anticipate client impact and develop proactive solutions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with cross-functional enterprise teams to deliver high-quality solutions for clients and their members.
- Client Relationship Management: Nurture strong relationships and serve as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor in a highly visible role, often interacting with senior leadership.
- Thought Leadership contributes to and drives brand visibility and market positioning by distilling complex industry trends into expert insights, blog content, and participating in webinar or speaking engagements.
Qualifications
- Pharmacy degree (RPh or PharmD) required
- MBA a plus
- 5+ years Health Plan, Payor and/or PBM experience
- 5+ years of Account management experience
- Specialty drug management experience
- Medical benefit specialty drug management experience strongly preferred
- Experience in working with data and data analysis
- Ability to operate and function as part of a team
- Strong communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to interface with clients, internal analysts and consultants as well as other health care professionals
- Ability to form and maintain strong client relationships
- Experience in and strong presentation skills desired
- Solutions-oriented, results-driven, self-motivated and innovative in thoughts and actions
- Ability to operate in a decentralized work environment
- Flexible for travel and client-facing activities (estimated 25%)
COMPENSATION:
The national average annual salary for this role is $130,000 – $180,000 in base pay and exclusive of any bonuses or benefits. The base pay offered will be determined based on your experience, skills, training, certifications and education, while also considering internal equity and market data.
