JOB OVERVIEW:
EPIC Brokers is looking for a hungry & driven Commercial Lines Associate Producer to join the growing Inside Sales Team within our Small Business unit (Main Street). In this role, you will be responsible for prospecting, quoting, and closing new business opportunities that help small businesses secure the coverage they need to thrive.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
A detailed list of job duties includes (but is not limited to):
- High level of communication via phone & email to engage prospects
- Responsive follow up on all lead channels
- Ability to learn and manage leads within a CRM platform
- Ability to learn and successfully utilize commercial lines comparative rating platform
- Maintain adequate pipeline of prospects to achieve sales target
- Develop cross-selling strategies for existing client books
- Proficiency providing quote comparison reviews and articulating coverage differences
- Utilize and maintain EPIC’s CRM and Agency Management System within designed standards
- Attend all educational, training, and other sessions as directed by EPIC
- Achieve Annual Target Revenue: roughly 75K in new revenue
WHAT YOU’LL BRING:
- High school diploma required; college degree preferred
- Property & Casualty license required (in-progress will be considered if completion date is prior to starting in role)
- Minimum one year of experience in Commercial Lines marketing or placement
- Functional knowledge of Commercial Property & Casualty lines of coverage and services
- Capacity to present, communicate and build trust with confidence and expertise
- Ability to solve practical problems with diverse variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
Training & Onboarding
EPIC provides high-quality training & onboarding from day one. In addition, we offer ongoing sales training and coaching to ensure your success.
COMPENSATION:
This role offers a national target hourly base pay of $21.00–$25.64, with commissions paid in addition to the hourly rate and targeting an extra 30% of base compensation. Actual pay will be based on experience, skills, training, certifications, and education.
LOCATION: This is a US-based remote role.
