
Technical Program Manager

WHAT IS THE POSITION
The Technical Program Manager in the Enterprise Services team will play a crucial role in managing projects related to Enterprise Systems, Data Analytics, and Data Science. This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of technical programs that support our mission and business objectives.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Coordinate and manage technical projects from initiation through completion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional technical and business teams to drive project success.
- Document business processes and then create technical requirements from these
- Ensure alignment of technical efforts with business goals and objectives.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among various stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Prepare and present project updates to senior management.
WHAT IS REQUIRED
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in technical program management, project management, or a related role.
- Basic technical background with Salesforce, NetSuite, ADP, or other CRM/ERP/HRIS systems preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies is a plus.
- PMP, Scrum Master, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
- Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment.
- Ability to work traditional business hours 8-5 local time, with flexibility.
- Maintain working knowledge of industry, market, and competitive landscape

Pay range for this role:
$75,000 - $110,000 USD
At Edmentum, we are committed to pay transparency. The salary range provided reflects market research, the responsibilities of the role, and alignment with our compensation principles. Actual compensation will be determined based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, relevant experience and skill sets. All compensation decisions are individualized and based on the specific circumstances of each candidate.
