
Social Media Manager

What You’ll Do
As Social Media Manager, you’ll be the creative force behind Edmentum’s social presence - bringing our mission, stories, and impact to life across platforms. You’ll help shape how we show up in the world by crafting compelling content, building community, and amplifying the voices of educators and learners. Working closely with our marketing and communications teams, you’ll ensure our social channels are timely, relevant, and aligned with our brand.
In this role, you will:
- Develop and execute an innovative social media strategy designed to engage and delight our core audiences
- Build and maintain a dynamic content calendar that reflects our brand voice and campaign priorities
- Create and publish engaging posts, visuals, videos, and other multimedia content that resonates with educators, parents and other key decision-makers
- Monitor and interact with our online community, responding to comments and messages with empathy and professionalism
- Track performance metrics and contribute to reporting that informs future content and strategy
- Stay ahead of social trends and bring fresh ideas to the table to keep our channels vibrant and relevant
Who You Are
- You have 3–5 years of experience managing social media for a brand or organization
- You’re fluent in the language of LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram—and know how to tailor content for each – bonus points for YouTube
- You’re a natural storyteller with a sharp eye for visuals and a strong grasp of brand voice
- You know how to use videos, infographics, and other multimedia content to deeply engage audiences
- You’re comfortable using tools like Hootsuite, Sprout Social, and Canva to plan and execute campaigns – even better if you know Adobe Suite
- You have a strong grasp of social media analytics and know how to develop and implement data-informed strategies
- You’re organized, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- You’re curious, adaptable, and always looking for ways to improve your craft
- You’re passionate about education and excited to help amplify the voices of educators and students
- You are willing to take on evolving responsibilities based on business needs.

Pay range for this role:
$70,000 - $90,000 USD
At Edmentum, we are committed to pay transparency. The salary range provided reflects market research, the responsibilities of the role, and alignment with our compensation principles. Actual compensation will be determined based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, relevant experience and skill sets. All compensation decisions are individualized and based on the specific circumstances of each candidate.
