We recognize the benefits of hybrid working, and want to create the best balance to ensure we can continue working together effectively. For our NY team, we have a hybrid work policy of two-three days in the office and the rest are remote work days. 

The Role
As a key member of EDO’s Client Strategy team, you’ll play a critical role in helping our partners understand the value of our solutions. You’ll work closely with our Sales team to drive new business by leading strategic conversations, delivering actionable insights, and guiding partners through the evaluation and pilot process. Your ability to craft compelling data narratives and support sales enablement will directly impact EDO’s growth.

What You Will Do
Sales Enablement & Strategic Support

  • Partner with Sales to convert prospects into customers through data-driven storytelling and value articulation
  • Lead strategic discussions throughout the sales cycle including methodology overviews, dashboard walkthroughs, and deep-dive data sessions
  • Identify skill gaps and support team training and enablement efforts to drive sales performance and retention.
  • Help support the execution of pilots, ensuring clear objectives, smooth delivery, and measurable success

Insights & Reporting

  • Deliver compelling, concise insights to spark prospect interest and book initial meetings.
  • Support ROI analyses to help prospects quantify the value of EDO solutions.
  • Maintain and update our internal insights library with relevant examples and case studies.

RFI & RFP Response Management

  • Collaborate with Sales to complete RFP/RFI submissions, focusing on technical and strategic questions.
  • Serve as the liaison between Sales and technical experts, ensuring accurate and timely responses.
  • Own the management and development of a searchable RFI response database to streamline future submissions.
  • Handle security questionnaires using existing documentation and coordinate with the EDO Security team when needed.

Who You Are

  • A strategic thinker with strong communication and storytelling skills, particularly when translating data into business value.
  • Highly collaborative, comfortable working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Technical teams.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in managing multiple priorities.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with evolving priorities.

What We Are Looking For

  • 1–3 years of experience in client strategy, sales enablement, pre-sales consulting, or a related role.
  • Experience in media, advertising, SaaS, or analytics preferred.
  • Comfortable with data analysis and strong presentation skills
  • Familiarity with RFI/RFP processes is a plus.

The base salary range for this position is $65,000-85,000 PLUS equity in a mid-stage company and eligibility for a discretionary annual bonus. Compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, experience, location and the level of education attained of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
