The Role

As a Principal Product Manager, Client Analytics & Measurement at EDO, you will own the strategy, development, and governance of our client-facing analytics products. You will translate complex data and advanced measurement methodologies into clear, scalable, and actionable insights for our clients. You will work closely with Data Science, Engineering, Media Analytics, and Client Success to define how EDO’s data is transformed into dashboards, reports, and decision frameworks. You will play a critical role in ensuring our outputs are consistent, trusted, and productized — enabling clients to make informed and effective advertising decisions at scale. This role requires a combination of deep analytical fluency, strong product judgment, and organizational leadership, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive company-wide standards.

What You Will Do

  • Own the roadmap for client-facing analytics products, including dashboards, reporting frameworks, and insight generation tools.
  • Define and standardize key metrics and measurement methodologies (e.g., engagement, attribution, incrementality, creative performance).
  • Partner with Data Science to translate models into interpretable, production-ready outputs.
  • Drive the productization of custom analyses into scalable product capabilities.
  • Establish governance for client deliverables, including metric definitions, output consistency, and product maturity (alpha, beta, GA).
  • Collaborate with Engineering to build intuitive, performant, and scalable analytics experiences.
  • Work closely with Client Success and Sales to understand client needs and translate them into product requirements.
  • Improve time-to-insight and enable self-service analytics for clients.
  • Ensure high standards for data quality, accuracy, and trust across all client-facing outputs.
  • Operate in a fast-paced environment with rapid iteration and continuous delivery.
  • Have direct impact on product growth and client value at a nimble, high-growth.

What We Are Looking For

  • 8-12 years of product management experience, with deep focus on analytics, data products, or measurement systems.
  • Proven track record of owning large, ambiguous, and high-impact product areas end-to-end.
  • Strong expertise in measurement methodologies, including experimentation, attribution, and/or causal inference.
  • Deep understanding of data modeling, metrics design, and analytics workflows.
  • Experience partnering closely with Data Science and Engineering on production systems.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights and product experiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to define and enforce standards, governance, and scalable frameworks.
  • Strong product judgment, especially in balancing custom client needs vs. scalable product design.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and ability to influence senior leaders across functions.
  • Experience operating in high-growth, fast-paced environments with evolving requirements.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
