Part-Time Front Desk Assistant
Type: Part-Time | W-2 Hourly ($15–$20, commensurate with experience)
Location: Indianapolis, IN (On-Site | Monday–Wednesday)

We're looking for a Front Desk Assistant to be the welcoming face of our office and provide essential administrative and business development support. You will work Monday through Wednesday, and have the opportunity to fill in on Thursdays and Fridays.
This dynamic role blends front-desk responsibilities, event coordination, and office support—perfect for someone who enjoys multitasking and creating a positive experience for guests and Team members.

Key Responsibilities
Front Desk & Client Reception
- Greet and assist clients, candidates, and guests, and escort them to meeting rooms or to the appropriate contacts.
- Answer and direct incoming calls (low call volume).
- Coordinate lunch orders for meetings and events to ensure timely delivery.
- Handle mail and packages; assist with shipping as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front office environment.
Office Administrative Support
- Coordinate thank-you notes and gifts for clients.
- Manage plant service communication and upkeep.
- Update employee recognition displays ("Wall of Fame").
- Maintain conference rooms and office supplies (including snacks and printer supplies).
- Conduct daily office walk-throughs for tidiness.
- Assist with after-hours events (setup, cleanup, signage, catering), as needed.
Required Skills

- Organization & Multitasking: Strong time management and attention to detail.
- Communication: Excellent verbal, written, and phone etiquette.
- Technical: Proficient in Microsoft Office; comfortable with basic digital tools.
