Position

The Associate Director, Talent Acquisition role is central to our vision of building an inclusive, engaged, high-performing, and innovative organization. Reporting to the Director, Talent Acquisition, you will directly support Eikon’s Clinical Operations and Clinical Development functions, enabling us to deliver on our mission to advance life-changing medicines. In this hands-on role, you will partner with clinical leaders to design and execute strategic hiring plans, drive talent attraction initiatives, and ensure a seamless candidate and hiring manager experience. Your work will have a significant impact on Eikon’s ability to build and retain a talented and diverse clinical workforce critical to advancing our global clinical pipeline.

About You

You are an experienced recruiter with deep experience in clinical recruiting who thrives in a fast-paced, scaling environment. You combine business acumen with strong talent insights and use data to influence decisions. You have a proven ability to engage with clinical leaders and identify exceptional talent across clinical operations, development, and supporting functions. You are a brand ambassador, able to translate Eikon’s clinical vision, scientific mission, and culture into a compelling value proposition for diverse candidate pools. You are energized by building scalable processes, enhancing candidate experience, and serving as a trusted advisor to leaders.

What You’ll Do

  • Partner with the clinical leaders to define annual hiring needs and execute against plan.
  • Serve as the primary recruitment partner for Clinical Operations and Clinical Development, providing market insights, talent analytics, and competitive intelligence to inform hiring strategies.
  • Manage and facilitate full-cycle recruiting, from role scoping and sourcing strategy to candidate assessment, offer negotiation, and close.
  • Build and maintain diverse talent pipelines for high-demand roles in Clinical Operations (e.g., Clinical Trial Management, TMF, Site Management) and Clinical Development (e.g., Safety, Regulatory, Biostatistics).
  • Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience by ensuring timely communication, structured feedback, and consistent process management.
  • Educate and coach hiring managers and interview teams on effective, unbiased hiring practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners (HR Ops, Legal, Finance, Total Rewards) to ensure alignment on offers, relocation, immigration, and compliance.
  • Track, analyze, and report hiring metrics to measure success and continuously refine recruiting strategies.
  • Contribute to broader TA initiatives such as interview training, employer branding, employee referral programs, and diversity & inclusion efforts.
  • Leverage AI, automation, and sourcing tools to identify and engage top talent efficiently.

Qualifications

  • Post Graduate degree with 8+ years of experience or a Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment. 
  • 7+ years of experience hiring across clinical functions (Clinical Operations, Safety/Pharmacovigilance, Biostatistics, Clinical Development, Regulatory).
  • Strong business acumen and ability to engage credibly with senior clinical leaders.
  • Proven ability to influence and advise hiring managers and stakeholders, with highly developed persuasion, negotiation, and consulting skills.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, scaling, highly matrixed environment.
  • Expertise using recruiting platforms (LinkedIn, Glassdoor, etc.); experience with AI/ML recruiting tools highly desirable.
  • Track record of building diverse pipelines and finding creative ways to source hard-to-fill roles.
  • Collaborative, team-oriented mindset; values collective success as much as individual achievement.

The expected salary range for this role is $174,000 to $190,000 depending on skills, competency, and the market demand for your expertise.
