Target Digital Network Analyst Level 3

As a Target Digital Network Analyst (TDNA), you will:
- Conduct advanced analysis of collection and open-source data to generate insights and leads
- Ensure target continuity, profile targets and their activities, and develop techniques to gain additional target information
- Maintain appropriate databases for targeting, tasking, and analysis
- Identify intelligence gaps to tailor current collection or enable new collection to close the gaps
- Employ multiple analysis disciplines such as pattern recognition against targets' communications, network usage and digital footprints
- Apply your knowledge and understanding of IC needs and missions
- Be part of a team, working together with government, military, and contractor personnel to develop shared understandings of intelligence needs, mission relevance, and areas of expertise
- Apply your innate curiosity and analytical talent to form hypotheses, critically assess and choose analysis techniques, then query, merge, enrich, evaluate, and pivot within data to attain and share insights
- Distill, document, contextualize and share your findings--including any new tradecraft that you develop--with teammates, stakeholders, and intelligence consumers
- This requirement requires shift work. Shift Schedule requires arrival between 0445 and 0500 for Day Shift and 1645 and 1700 for night shift - which is required for pass-down with the preceding/following team.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications
- Education: Degree in Network Engineering, Systems Engineering, Information Technology, or related field (e.g., General Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Forensics, Cyber Security, Software Engineering, Information Assurance, or Computer Security). Up to 18 semester hours of military training/coursework in networking, computer science, or cyber topics is equivalent to an Associate degree.
Experience:
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to interface across NSA
- Be able to ACTIVELY participate in leadership/IC exchanges
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Build network and PERSONA targeting
- Be familiar with current intrusion sets, commercial CyberSecurity firms, ATPs and CVEs
Must have completed basic customer target development training or equivalent.
- Demonstrated proficiency in application customer target development and discovery techniques.
- Demonstrated ability to conduct analysis of metadata and produce intelligence through the addition, updating, or analysis of information in appropriate mission databases.
- Must demonstrate strong knowledge of customer collection techniques and compliance with customer targeting policies and US Federal law.
- Must demonstrate strong knowledge of SIGINT production cycle and execution of its different phases.
- Fully cleared with FS
- AMOD Experience required
- Experience with Degree
- 4 years’ applicable experience with a PhD, OR
- 6 years’ applicable experience with a master’s degree, OR
- 10 years’ applicable experience with a bachelor’s degree, OR
- 12 years’ applicable experience without a degree
Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is: 146,300 - 176,700
