Entry Level Systems Administrator - PT
In Order to Join the ELEVI Team you will need:
- You must be willing to work in the Annapolis Junction, MD, area
- You must have a current and active security clearance with polygraph
- Must be able to work 2pm-10pm Mon-Tues and 2pm- 6pm Wed
- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university is required. Five (5) years of additional system administration experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.
- Experience with ServiceNow Ticketing System
- CompTIA A+ CE or CompTIA Network+ CE within 6 months of start
Some of your day-to-day activities will include:
- Provides technical support and troubleshooting to network, desktop, and/or systems hardware and software
- May coach and provide guidance to less-experienced professionals
- Applies basic diagnostic techniques to identify problems, investigate causes, and recommend solutions
- Provides remote support access through desktop mirroring and other remote access applications for worldwide sites
- Identify, investigate, resolve, and follow-up problems brought to the helpdesk by users of cloud infrastructure
Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:
$40,000 - $50,000
