Eliot is seeking a compassionate and responsible Clinical Director for our Juvenile Justice residential program. Eliot's Juvenile Justice residential program provides court-involved youth, ages 13 to 21, placement while awaiting court proceedings, assessment, or treatment. This highly structured, self-contained program provides comprehensive interventions for juvenile offenders, including fully accredited schools and clinical support with individual and group therapy, staffed by trained professionals. All components are integrated through a Positive Youth Development framework.

In this role you will provide, guide and oversee individual and group clinical interventions  and treatment. The ideal candidate will have experience working with adolescents in a Team environment, and an understanding and/or willingness to learn DBT skills. 

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the overall organization and operation of the program in collaboration with the
  • program’s administrative team.
  • Assess new referrals and oversee the intake and discharge process/planning.  
  • Arrange or conduct testing and evaluations as needed.
  • Work closely with the Program Director regarding clinical issues.
  • Oversee the development and integration of the program’s Behavior Modification System, and assist in crisis management.
  • Oversee, monitor, facilitate and provide feedback on effectiveness of daily groups.
  • Assist in hiring and training of program clinical staff providing on-going and routine supervision to clinical staff.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in the Healing Arts. 
  • Independent Clinical License (LMHC, LICSW)
  • At least 3 years experience with the population 
  • Valid Massachusetts drivers license 

Schedule: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm 

 




Annual Salary

$85,000 - $85,000 USD
