Eliot's Family-based Intensive Treatment (FIT) services will offer short term intensive treatment for higher acuity children, youth and families for whom more traditional outpatient services may not be effective or accessible. A FIT Team is composed of highly trained Clinicians, Care Managers and Family Partners, that will work closely with a family at least three times each week, including individual, caregiver and family sessions, skills coaching and care coordination support. The FIT Team will be trained to deliver innovative and evidence-based clinical care anchored in Values Based Transdiagnostic treatment.
The ideal candidate for the Team Manager Family-Based Intensive Treatment (FIT) is a dynamic and compassionate leader who excels at managing multidisciplinary teams and delivering person-centered, community-based care. They bring a strong commitment to supporting children and families through evidence-based practices, collaborative planning, and culturally responsive services.
Responsibilities:
- Direct and manage the daily operations, service delivery, and clinical functions of the Family-based Intensive Treatment (FIT) Team services.
- Direct the implementation of the FIT Team vision including rapid access to services and sustained clinical treatment
- Develop and implement systems to monitor service delivery and utilization of supports for all FIT staff and clients.
- Provide leadership, support and clinical guidance to all staff supervised.
- Ensure services are delivered where clients are located, at times that work for them, using methods and modes aligned with family values and preferences.
- Implement systems to ensure completion of all assessment, treatment planning, progress notes, and additional documentation in a timely and accurate fashion.
- Ensure the implementation of targeted treatment to individuals including but not limited to CBT modalities targeting symptoms, DBT, PE, CR, CFTSI, FST, TF-CBT, CAMS, family therapies, integrated dual diagnosis treatment, self-management plans, and other clinical interventions.
Qualifications:
- Must possess a current Massachusetts clinical license including LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, or Licensed Psychologist.
- Must have strong clinical skills with at least 5 years of experience working with children and families with behavioral health disorders.
- Must have at least 3 years of experience providing supervision in a mental health setting.
- Demonstrated ability to oversee/manage a multi-disciplinary clinical team and to design/operate programs based on community needs. Proven management and leadership skills.
- Must have a valid driver’s license
Schedule: Monday- Friday, 9am-5pm
Annual Salary
$95,000 - $105,000 USD
