Account Executive - AI & B2B SaaS

NYC (Hybrid)

Founding Enterprise Account Executive

Location: New York City - Hybrid

We're partnering with high-growth AI companies looking for exceptional enterprise sellers to help build their next stage of growth.

These are early GTM opportunities for AEs who want more than a territory and a quota. You'll work directly with founders and senior leadership, sell complex technology to enterprise customers and help define how the company builds its sales organization.

You'll be joining companies operating at the intersection of AI, enterprise software, insurance, data and automation.

The Opportunity

As an early Enterprise AE, you'll have a seat at the table.

You'll be responsible for winning major customers while helping build the playbook the rest of the sales organization will eventually follow.

You'll:

  • Own strategic enterprise accounts from first conversation through close

  • Build relationships with C-suite and senior executive buyers

  • Create pipeline through targeted outbound and strategic account development

  • Run complex, multi-threaded sales cycles

  • Develop business cases around high-value AI use cases

  • Close six- and seven-figure enterprise opportunities

  • Work directly with founders and company leadership

  • Partner with product and engineering to influence the roadmap

  • Help define ICP, messaging, pricing and sales strategy

  • Turn early wins into repeatable enterprise sales motions

What We're Looking For

We're looking for salespeople who have proven they can create enterprise revenue.

You likely have:

  • 5+ years of enterprise SaaS or technology sales experience

  • A consistent history of exceeding quota

  • Experience closing complex, high-value enterprise deals

  • Strong executive presence and C-level selling experience

  • The ability to navigate multiple stakeholders and lengthy procurement processes

  • Experience building pipeline without relying entirely on SDR-generated leads

  • Strong commercial instincts and consultative selling ability

  • A genuine interest in AI and emerging technology

  • A builder mentality

Experience selling AI, infrastructure, data, cybersecurity, fintech, insurtech, martech or other technical products is highly valued.

Why Join Early?

The best enterprise salespeople eventually reach a point where another $20K in OTE isn't the real motivator.

Ownership is.

Joining at this stage means you can:

  • Work directly with the founders

  • Help define the company's GTM strategy

  • Land some of its most important customers

  • Influence product and positioning

  • Build a sales playbook from the ground up

  • Grow into sales leadership as the organization scales

  • Participate in meaningful equity upside

Compensation

Base: $100K-$150K
OTE: $200K-$250K+
Commission: Uncapped on select opportunities
Equity: Available

Exact compensation varies by company and role.

The Profile

This is for the AE who is tired of being one of 50 reps carrying a number.

You want to be one of the people building the company.

If you have a track record of winning enterprise deals, creating pipeline and selling to executives - and you're excited about what AI can do for businesses - we'd like to talk.

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 07/31/2029

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
