Brand President
Position Overview:
The Brand President – FRSTeam serves as the strategic and operational leader of the contents restoration franchise system, driving growth, profitability, and brand excellence across the network. This executive role is responsible for guiding franchisees toward sustained success, ensuring alignment with Empower Brands, and positioning FRSTeam as the premier choice in the contents restoration industry. The Brand President will champion innovation, operational excellence, and franchisee support while fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.
Core Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership & Growth:
- Define and execute the long-term vision and growth strategy for the FRSTeam franchise system.
- Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities to expand brand presence, product lines, and service offerings.
- Continuously analyze industry trends and customer needs to ensure competitive positioning.
- Align strategic initiatives with Empower Brands’ broader objectives while preserving the unique identity of FRSTeam.
Franchise Support & Development:
- Lead franchisee onboarding, training, and ongoing development programs to build high-performing operators.
- Strengthen franchisee relationships through consistent communication, collaboration, and a franchise-first mindset.
- Monitor franchisee financial performance, advising on profitability, efficiency, and scalability.
- Ensure compliance with franchise agreements, brand standards, and regulatory requirements.
Marketing:
- Partner with the marketing team to design and implement national and local marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and generate leads.
- Equip franchisees with marketing tools, training, and strategies to fuel growth in their local markets.
- Protect and enhance the FRSTeam brand by maintaining consistent messaging and standards across the system.
Financial and Operational Management:
- Build and manage annual budgets, delivering on profitability and long-term financial stability.
- Track and act on key performance metrics, including revenue, margins, costs, and cash flow.
- Negotiate strategic partnerships with suppliers and vendors to secure advantageous pricing and terms.
- Collaborate with Finance and Accounting teams to ensure accurate reporting and financial transparency through NetSuite.
Required Experience & Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in Franchise System Leadership
- Bachelors degree in Business or a related field (Masters degree or CFE preferred)
- Proven track record of success in leading teams and driving business growth
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, financial analysis, and cost management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
