Role Overview:

The Financial Analyst at Empower Brands serves as a strategic finance partner within a fast-growth, multi-brand franchising platform. This role delivers executive-ready insights, strengthens financial visibility, and directly supports performance-driven decision-making across the organization.

This position is designed for a high-performing finance professional seeking exposure to senior leadership and accelerated development within an entrepreneurial corporate environment.

 

Key Impact Areas

  • Own monthly financial reporting and deliver clear, actionable performance insights.
  • Build and refine forecasting models to improve accuracy and support scalable growth initiatives.
  • Identify margin expansion and cost optimization opportunities across shared services and brand operations.
  • Partner with senior leadership to translate financial analysis into strategic direction.
  • Drive continuous improvement in reporting automation, systems efficiency, and financial processes.
  • Continuous improvement in driving enhanced cash flow through working capital reporting and management, capital expenditures and other impactful cashflow drivers.

 

Core Responsibilities

  • Prepare monthly financial statements and executive reporting packages.
  • Support annual budget and rolling forecast processes with scenario modeling and sensitivity analyses.
  • Support Accounting to ensure timely and accurate month-end close and reporting.
  • Partner with Brand Presidents on various financial priorities, including budgeting, long range planning and monthly results.
  • Develop board-level financial materials and executive presentations.
  • Provide Treasury support, including cash forecasting, transaction processing, and cash analysis.
  • Partner with department leaders to manage and optimize expense structures.
  • Leverage ERP systems to extract, analyze, and synthesize financial data efficiently.

 

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Accounting, or related discipline.
  • 2–3+ years of experience in corporate finance, FP&A, public accounting, investment banking, or similar analytical role.
  • Advanced Excel capabilities, including financial modeling and scenario analysis.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to connect financial outcomes to operational drivers.
  • Executive-level communication skills — clear, concise, and confident.
  • Self-starter with strong attention to detail.
  • Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP systems preferred.
