Are you ready to drive transformative ERP solutions and forge lasting client partnerships? Enavate is seeking a dynamic New Business Sales Executive to uncover and address the unique business needs of our prospects. In this pivotal role, you’ll collaborate closely with our marketing and sales teams to cultivate new business opportunities, fueling our sales pipeline and driving growth.

 

Your day will consist of:

  • Hunt for Opportunities: Engage prospects through calls, networking, social media, and industry events.
  • Consultative Approach: Partner with our pre-sales experts to understand customer challenges and craft tailored solutions.
  • Present and Persuade: Deliver compelling presentations that showcase the value of our offerings.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop effective sales strategies and manage pipelines efficiently using Dynamics CRM.
  • Achieve Targets: Meet and exceed sales goals, contributing directly to team success and leadership objectives.
  • Stay Ahead: Keep abreast of industry trends and evolving software solutions.

 

Here is what it takes to be successful in this role:

  • ERP Expertise: Solid background in ERP sales or Management Consulting, with a knack for solution selling.
  • Driven to Close: Proven track record in exceeding quotas and closing substantial deals (>$300K contract value).
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and essential productivity tools.
  • Communication Ace: Strong interpersonal skills and articulate communication abilities.
  • Go-Getter Attitude: High-energy, proactive approach to achieving results.

Work Structure & Collaboration

At Enavate, we embrace flexibility in how we work, but we also believe that collaboration is key to our success. Our office locations in Tampa, FL, Fargo, ND, and Kyiv, Ukraine are central to our culture and provide a hub for team interaction and innovation.

We prioritize hiring candidates who are based in or near these locations. For employees based in Tampa and Fargo, we encourage team members to spend at least three days per week in the office to foster collaboration, connection, and contribute to our vibrant team culture.
