Release Deployment Manager

•Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
•5–10 years of experience as a Release Manager or Deployment Manager in the Banking Domain.
•Hands-on experience in preparing Deployment Run Books and managing detailed deployment activities.
•Experience working closely with technical teams for deployment activities.
•Excellent communication and presentation skills, including diagrammatic and timeline-based milestone presentations.
•Ability to adapt to challenging working hours and provide off-office hours support for deployments.
•Advanced MS Excel skills for checklists and tracking.
•SharePoint for documentation and team collaboration.
•Familiarity with ITIL processes, change management, and release governance.
