We at Coforge are hiring Senior Salesforce Consultant (Service Cloud/Chat) (#140361635) with the following skill set.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and optimize scalable Salesforce Service Cloud and Chat solutions, including omnichannel routing, case management, and customer engagement workflows.
- Customize and integrate Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and platform capabilities to meet business and technical requirements.
- Advise business and technical stakeholders on best practices for chat workflows, agent enablement, CRM processes, and cross-cloud architecture strategies.
- Support DevOps processes, user enablement, system adoption, and platform optimization through deployment automation, governance, and technical guidance.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Systems, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of experience implementing Salesforce Service Cloud and customer engagement solutions.
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, Chat, omni-channel routing, and case management processes.
- Expertise in Salesforce customization using Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Experience working with Salesforce DevOps tools such as Copado or equivalent deployment platforms.
- Strong understanding of CRM workflows, chat deflection strategies, and customer service operations.
- Experience collaborating with business and technical stakeholders to lead solution design and implementation discussions.
- Knowledge of Salesforce security, data integrity, compliance, and governance best practices.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and consulting skills.
- Experience working in Agile environments and cross-functional delivery teams.
Preferred Skills:
- Salesforce certifications such as Service Cloud Consultant, Omni-Channel Supervisor, or Chat Specialist.
- Experience with Agentforce, Data Cloud, or advanced Salesforce products.
- Familiarity with Salesforce migrations and multi-cloud integrations.
- Experience working with distributed, onshore/offshore, or consulting delivery teams.
