We at Coforge are hiring Lead Product Architect (#21562) with the following skill set.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, design, and evolution of scalable SaaS products in production, ensuring high performance, security, reliability, and compliance standards.
• Design and implement cloud-native architectures on AWS, leveraging serverless technologies, Infrastructure as Code, and scalable API-driven systems.
• Define domain models, system architecture, and technical standards while mentoring engineering teams and driving architectural decisions across multiple product releases.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to design secure healthcare-focused solutions, optimize system performance, and promote modern software engineering and AI-enabled development practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience.
• 8+ years of experience in software engineering, solution architecture, or SaaS product architecture roles.
• Proven experience leading SaaS product architecture in production environments across multiple releases.
• Expert-level experience with AWS, including serverless architectures, scalability, security, performance optimization, and cloud-native design patterns.
• Deep hands-on experience with TypeScript and Node.js for backend system development.
• Strong experience with PostgreSQL, including schema design, query optimization, tuning, and migrations.
• Strong API design experience, including RESTful APIs and FHIR-based integrations.
• Hands-on experience with modern React and front-end architecture principles.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, CDK, or equivalent automation frameworks.
• Strong understanding of HIPAA, PHI data handling, technical leadership, mentoring, documentation practices, Jira, Confluence, and daily use of AI development tools such as Claude or similar.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with EHR/EMR healthcare systems and healthcare interoperability standards such as FHIR, SMART on FHIR, and HL7v2.
• Experience working in regulated SaaS environments (SOC2, HITRUST, ONC, or similar compliance frameworks).
• Familiarity with modern TypeScript stacks such as Hono, tRPC, Drizzle, and multi-tenant SaaS architectures.
• Experience with observability tools (OpenTelemetry, Sentry), event-driven systems, modern testing practices, and security-focused development patterns.
