At Coforge, we are looking for a Workforce & Resource Deployment Analyst (#22192) with the following profile.
 
Main Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end resource deployment processes, aligning workforce availability with project demands
Maintain and update resource allocation and project assignments, ensuring accuracy and compliance
Oversee bench management, tracking available talent and proactively identifying placement opportunities
Monitor demand pipelines, focusing on client needs both locally in Peru and internationally
Collaborate with delivery, talent acquisition, and finance teams to ensure workforce visibility and alignment
Ensure adherence to workforce management processes, standards, and governance frameworks
Generate reports and dashboards on resource utilization, bench status, and demand coverage
Support implementation and continuous improvement of workforce management best practices
 
Required Qualifications
3–5 years of experience in workforce management, resource planning, or similar roles within IT services or nearshoring environments
Strong understanding of demand management and staffing dynamics in client-facing environments
Advanced English proficiency (B2 or higher), both written and spoken
Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Results-oriented mindset with strong ownership and accountability
Strong problem-solving skills with a structured and proactive approach
 
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
Experience working in multinational or cross-border IT services environments
Familiarity with resource and project management concepts in SAP-driven environments
Knowledge of workforce management tools beyond SAP (e.g., resource management platforms, BI tools)
Experience supporting organizational change or process standardization initiatives
