We at Coforge are hiring for the position of Backend Java Engineer with the following skill set.

Key Responsibilities

· Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Java and Spring Boot.
· Build and optimize cloud-native microservices deployed on AWS ECS.
· Develop and manage integrations with DynamoDB and other data storage solutions.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, secure, and performant software solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

· 4 years of experience in backend software development.
· Hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot.
· Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs and microservices.
· Experience with AWS services, particularly ECS.
· Hands-on experience with DynamoDB.
· Knowledge of software design patterns, clean code principles, and best development practices.
· Experience with SQL and data modeling concepts.
· Proficiency with Git and version control workflows.
· Experience working in Agile development environments.
· Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

· Experience with additional AWS services and cloud-native architectures.
· Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
· Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker.
· Familiarity with event-driven architectures and messaging systems.
· Exposure to performance tuning and application monitoring.
· Experience with Linux OS.
· Experience with JIRA.
