Working in a fast-paced, private equity-backed environment, you'll partner with Finance and business leaders to deliver actionable insights around profitability, pricing, forecasting, and operational performance. You'll leverage modern analytics tools, AI, and financial systems to automate reporting, improve decision-making, and help drive value creation across the organization.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data as much as they enjoy understanding the business behind the numbers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
  • Conduct profitability, margin, and break-even analyses to support commercial and operational decisions.
  • Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Build and maintain financial models used for planning, scenario analysis, and investment decisions.
  • Extract, cleanse, and analyze data from ERP, CRM, BI, and other business systems.
  • Develop dashboards and automated reporting using modern analytics and visualization tools.
  • Leverage AI-powered tools to improve reporting efficiency, automate repetitive analyses, and enhance business insights.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders including Operations, Sales, Product, and Accounting to support strategic initiatives.
  • Prepare monthly management reporting packages with meaningful commentary and recommendations.
  • Continuously improve FP&A processes through automation, technology, and best practices.
  • Support ad hoc financial analyses and executive presentations as business needs evolve.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • 0–3 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, consulting, accounting, or a similar analytical role.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including financial modeling and data analysis.
  • Comfortable working with large datasets and multiple business systems.
  • Experience with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python, Alteryx, or similar analytics tools is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems such as NetSuite, Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms is preferred.
  • Demonstrated interest in AI and automation tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Power Automate, or similar technologies) to improve business processes.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex analyses into business recommendations.
  • Curious, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.

What Makes You Successful

  • You enjoy working with numbers and technology equally.
  • You naturally look for ways to automate manual work.
  • You are intellectually curious and enjoy digging into data to uncover insights.
  • You can balance attention to detail with an understanding of the bigger business picture.
  • You're comfortable navigating ambiguity and changing priorities.
  • You thrive in an entrepreneurial, high-growth environment where speed and ownership matter.

Why Join Us?

  • Opportunity to work in a dynamic, private equity-backed organization focused on growth and value creation.
  • Exposure to executive leadership and strategic decision-making.
  • Hands-on experience with modern financial systems, AI tools, and advanced analytics.

Classification of protected categories is as follows:

A "disabled veteran" is one of the following: a veteran of the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service who is entitled to compensation (or who but for the receipt of military retired pay would be entitled to compensation) under laws administered by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs; or a person who was discharged or released from active duty because of a service-connected disability.

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
