Consumer Insights Analyst (Hybrid)

About the Role:
We are seeking a curious, analytical, and business-minded Consumer Insights Analyst to help strengthen our understanding of the competitive landscape and our customers. In this role, you will support the development of competitive intelligence capabilities and contribute to a robust consumer insights agenda that informs strategic decision-making across the organization.
You’ll work across a variety of data sources ranging from market research and customer feedback to competitive analysis, to uncover meaningful insights and translate them into clear, actionable recommendations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting the dots between data and business strategy, and who is motivated to elevate the voice of the customer to drive growth and innovation.
Responsibilities:
- Support the development of competitive intelligence capabilities across the organization, including managing internal/external data sources and maintaining the dashboard
- Monitor key competitors, emerging trends, and potential disruptors; contribute to competitive profiles, win/loss analyses, and market landscape assessments
- Assist in executing the organization’s consumer learning agenda, supporting research projects from design and questionnaire development through analysis and reporting
- Synthesize data from multiple customer sources (e.g., surveys, first-party data/customer analytics, secondary research) into clear insights with recommendations
- Apply a business-oriented mindset to uncover the “so what” behind the data and support brand growth initiatives
- Advocate for the voice of the customer by sharing insights across the organization
- Identify new customer and competitive AI insight capabilities for fresher data faster
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Research, Analytics, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in market research, competitive intelligence, or consulting (e.g., strategy, management, or financial), with exposure to financial services preferred
- Hands-on experience conducting DIY survey-based research, with strong quantitative and analytical skills
- Ability to synthesize and analyze multiple data sources (e.g., primary research, secondary reports, customer feedback, social media) to generate clear, actionable insights
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify trends, interpret data, and support business recommendations
- Proficiency in Excel required; experience with data visualization tools such as MicroStrategy or similar platforms is a plus
- Familiar with and experience in AI (research capabilities, use cases, prompting)
Compensation
The budgeted annual salary range for this position is $69,000 to $99,000. Actual annual salary will be determined based on qualifications, skills, experience, and level assessed during the hiring process and may fall outside of the range shown. Additional compensation for this role may include a bonus and restricted stock units. All full-time employees are eligible to participate in Company benefits, described in more detail here.
