About the Role
Enterpret is looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead our Insights & Intelligence product pillar—the part of the platform where users most directly experience Enterpret’s core value: turning raw feedback into action. This is where dashboards, insight feeds, charts, templates, and our AI assistant Wisdom come together to drive daily decisions for product, customer, and GTM teams.
Your charter: Surface what matters, to the right user, at the right time—so teams can go from noise to signal in minutes, not weeks. You’ll define the product vision, own the roadmap, and partner with design, engineering, and GTM to ship features that transform how teams understand and act on feedback.
If you’re excited about crafting intuitive, intelligent, and impactful analytics experiences—and thrive in ownership-heavy, fast-moving environments—this is the role for you.
What You’ll Do
- Define and drive the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Insights & Intelligence pillar—including dashboards, charts, feeds, templates, and Wisdom.
- Deeply understand our users (PMs, CX leaders, GTM teams, execs) and build personalized, insight-driven experiences that fit into their day-to-day workflows.
- Translate complex problems into clear product requirements, and work closely with design, engineering, GTM, and customers to bring them to life.
- Lead the entire product development lifecycle—from discovery through delivery and iteration.
- Define and track key metrics like adoption, retention, CSAT/NPS, and feature engagement to measure impact and guide prioritization.
- Act as the internal and external evangelist for the pillar—shaping the “why” behind what we build and where we’re headed.
- Bring AI/ML thinking into the product—staying ahead of the curve on analytics, intelligence, and unstructured data tooling.
What It Takes
- A minimum 7 years of product management experience, with at least 5 years owning user-facing features in enterprise or B2B SaaS.
- Background in analytics, business intelligence, collaboration tools, or similar user-driven platforms.
- A track record of shipping and scaling core product experiences that moved metrics and created measurable user value.
- Strong product sense with an obsession for great UX and user-centric thinking.
- Analytical mindset—you use data to inform strategy, validate decisions, and measure outcomes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder alignment skills—whether writing PRDs or setting vision with leadership.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity, speed, and zero-to-one challenges in early-stage environments.
- Bonus: Experience working on AI/ML-powered products or extracting insights from unstructured data.
Why Enterpret?
- Growth Path: As an early PM leader, you’ll have the opportunity to shape the Insights & Intelligence pillar, scale the product org, and help define future team structures.
- Trusted by Leaders: Our customers include product-first companies like Notion, Canva, Figma, Descript, Perplexity and more.
- Build What Matters: You’ll shape the core intelligence layer of our product—turning feedback into action for some of the most innovative teams in the world.
- High Ownership: This is a critical role where you’ll own everything from vision to execution across a major product pillar.
- Move Fast, Learn Faster: Collaborate closely with founders, engineers, and designers in a tight feedback loop.
- Well-Rewarded: Competitive compensation, meaningful equity, and a flexible, remote-friendly workstyle.
