Vice President, Client Services 

US Remote – East Coast required/ Northeast or Mid-Atlantic Regions

We are seeking a dynamic Vice President, Client Services to build, scale, and lead our professional services practice. This leader will play a pivotal role in shaping and activating our client engagement and delivery process for Enterra’s solutions, ensuring the delivery of high-impact solutions and long-term client success. 

What You’ll Do: 

  • Build & Lead the Professional Services Function: 
    Establish and scale a high-performing professional services function focused on delivering exceptional outcomes for Enterra’s clients across the CPG industry and potentially other industries. 
  • Client Engagement & Delivery: 
    Serve as an executive sponsor and strategic advisor during client engagements. Ensure successful delivery of implementations, seamless adoption factoring in appropriate operational change management, activation and value generation of Enterra’s full capabilities for clients. 
  • Solution Activation & Methodology Development: 
    Define and implement repeatable methodologies and process engineering management for activating Enterra's solutions, from discovery and design to deployment and operations. 
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: 
    Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Data Science, and Engineering functions to ensure alignment with client needs and solution readiness. 
  • Performance Management: 
    Establish KPIs to measure client success, Enterra’s engagement performance, and service profitability. Continually optimize processes to improve scalability and effectiveness. 
  • Industry & Client Advisory: 
    Bring deep expertise in relevant domain areas (initially CPG and RGO) to advise clients on best practices and serve as a thought leader internally and externally. Educate clients on the Enterra technology platform, Enterra’s business solutions, and client-specific findings. 

Your Skill-set: 

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in related field; or equivalent experience required. 
  • 10+ years of experience in management consulting, enterprise software, and/or professional services roles in delivering technology solutions. 
  • Strong domain expertise in revenue growth management within the CPG industry or related domains. 
  • Proven track record of leading complex technical client engagements throughout full customer lifecycle, particularly SaaS or analytics-driven transformations. 
  • Proven experience working in client first environments with client empathy, value, and understanding and continuously driving client satisfaction. 
  • Demonstrated success in building and scaling professional services teams and practices. 
  • Executive-level written and verbal communication and stakeholder management skills. 
  • Ability to operate at both a strategic and tactical level in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. 
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills: Ability to turn numbers into stories our clients can understand and rely on; ability to interpret data into actionable insights. 
  • Experience with AI, analytics, or decision intelligence platforms 
  • Ability to travel to client locations (see Additional Information below). 

Additional Information 

Must reside in the US in the Northeast or Mid-Atlantic Regions. Remote work with travel needed based on client or project requirements. Candidates must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.
