What's happening at Entrada Therapeutics? Entrada is a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company aiming to transform the lives of patients by establishing a new class of medicines that engage intracellular targets that have long been considered inaccessible. 

Our Endosomal Escape Vehicle (EEV™)-therapeutics are designed to enable the efficient intracellular delivery of a wide range of therapeutics into a variety of organs and tissues, resulting in an improved therapeutic index. Through this proprietary, versatile and modular approach, Entrada is advancing a robust development portfolio of RNA- and protein-based programs for the potential treatment of neuromuscular and ocular diseases, among others.

Our lead oligonucleotide programs are in development for the potential treatment of people living with Duchenne who are exon 44, 45, 50 and 51 skipping amenable. Entrada has partnered to develop a clinical-stage program, VX-670, for myotonic dystrophy type 1.

We are a tight-knit team of experts and leaders in both therapeutic development and rare diseases and are excited to grow and attract colleagues who are ready to join a high-energy, dedicated team that likes to get things done and dramatically improve the lives of patients and their families.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare key areas of the monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial closes, including investments, leases, credit card accruals & complex R&D accruals.
  • Prepare internal financial statements & 10-K financial statements & footnotes for respective month-close sections.
  • Prepare audit support and interact with external auditors.
  • Manage AP contractor for daily invoice processing & related inquiries.
  • Address & respond to vendor questions & manage vendor onboarding process in Coupa platform.
  • Address & respond to employee questions regarding Coupa and purchasing matters in timely and organized manner.
  • Administer Coupa platform & maintain routine tasks to ensure platform and underlying data is kept up to date (PO changes, credit card receipt management, integration errors, etc.).
  • Administer Navan Travel platform & respond to employee inquiries.

To thrive on our team, you will need to come with:

  • BS/BA degree in Accounting preferred and 3+ years of Accounting experience in month-close, public company life sciences experience required
  • 2+ years experience managing P2P process.
  • Demonstrated expertise with Coupa platform as Admin & Super User, NetSuite & Navan experience a plus.
  • Ability to be a team player with a can-do attitude and a willingness to embrace new challenges and the flexibility to adjust course based on new findings and team inputs.
  • Excellent communication & organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
