Senior Tax Analyst

The position will include supporting the tax responsibilities for a private corporation and related entities, including tax provision, compliance, reporting and planning. The tax Sr. Analyst position will include the following responsibilities:
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing 50+ federal and state corporate and partnership tax returns
- Assist in income tax provision and annual filing
- Assist in managing international tax filings including monthly/quarterly value added tax filings and remittance
- Manage 40+ property tax filings, prepare annual forecasting of real and personal property tax obligations and monitor payment due dates and tax incentive program reporting and compliance
- Facilitate Federal and state audits, including responding to notices.
- Assist in preparing Federal, state and local tax returns, including estimates, extensions and responding to notices.
- Assist in state and local sales and use tax filings and research.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor/Master degree in Accounting or Tax
- CPA Preferred or in Progress
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive tax accounting/compliance experience
- Public accounting experience preferred
- Strong analytical abilities with attention to detail
- Advanced Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Experience Using Accounting Software

The final pay offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and years of experience within the job, the type of years and experience within the industry, education, training, etc.
Salary Range
$99,100 - $122,900 USD
