What You'll Be Doing:

The Email Marketing Specialist leads the execution and optimization of ERC's email marketing program. This role combines campaign strategy, creative development, copywriting, graphic design, and project management with day-to-day management of ERC's email production operations.

This role will partner closely with the Director of Digital Enablement and cross-functional stakeholders to develop engaging campaigns that support program launches, educational initiatives, provider outreach, events, newsletters, patient communications, and brand awareness. This role will oversee campaign quality, manage the email send calendars, and ensure projects are delivered on time and at the highest standard.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop campaign briefs, timelines, and production schedules.
• Write compelling, audience-focused email copy that aligns with brand voice and campaign objectives.
• Design visually engaging, responsive emails that drive engagement and conversions.
• Build complex email campaigns in HubSpot, including segmentation, personalization, dynamic content, and automation.
• Monitor and report on email and campaign performance and recommend ongoing improvements through testing and optimization.
• Prioritize incoming requests and manage the team's production workload.
• Review completed emails for accuracy, quality, branding, and best practices before deployment.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time. 

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree required.
