Project Manager

Responsibilities:
- Program Execution & Delivery: Oversee program execution, manage scope, schedule, and cost for application delivery, and ensure successful delivery of requirements in compliance with the TFA 1099 Platform Provision.
- Project Coordination & Integration: Coordinate core project functions including communications, risk, and resource management, while driving integration across internal and external partners.
- Stakeholder Liaison & Collaboration: Act as the liaison between IT and Business units, facilitating communication and collaboration across the Enterprise.
- Governance & Reporting: Establish and manage oversight and decision-making mechanisms, ensure compliance with governance frameworks, and report progress to senior leadership.
Qualifications:
- The Project Manager shall have at least 7 years’ experience managing projects of a similar size and scope and shall hold either a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or 10 years' experience without a relevant certification.
- Expertise in managing scope, schedule, and cost for complex projects.
Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent.
Minimum Eligibility:
- Candidates must meet requirements to obtain and maintain a Minimum Background Investigation (MBI) clearance (active Moderate Risk MBI clearance is a plus).
- Candidates must be a US Citizen or a Legal Permanent Resident (Green Card status) for at least three (3) years, and Federal Tax compliant.
