About The Role (What you’ll be doing)

Content is one of our most powerful tools for reaching the customers who need Juniper the most. As our AI Video Producer, you'll sit at the intersection of creativity and technology. Turning organic and paid social briefs into scroll-stopping short-form content at a pace and scale that a traditional production model can't match. You'll work closely with our creative strategist, and creative teams to produce video that performs.

• Convert creative briefs and scripts into platform-ready short-form videos across Meta channels and YouTube
• Produce multiple concept variations per brief (5–10), experimenting with hooks, openings, formats and pacing to find what lands
• Use AI tools alongside your own editing and motion design skills to generate, enhance and assemble content efficiently
• Iterate quickly based on performance data, applying what's working and discarding what isn't
• Stay across short-form platform trends and translate emerging formats into relevant creative for Juniper's audience
• Maintain consistent quality, clarity and brand alignment across a high volume of output
• Work on a wide variety of content, including social videos, case study films, photoshoots, podcasts, motion and more, from pre-production through to post-production
  
  

About You (Who We’re Looking For)

• Strong hands-on video shooting and editing skills in CapCut, Premiere Pro or equivalent
• You can produce clean, well-paced video content independently
• Solid understanding of short-form content across paid and organic social. You know what makes someone stop scrolling
• Working familiarity with AI video and image generation tools, and a natural curiosity to keep up with emerging technologies as it applies to AI generative video production
• A natural storytelling instinct: you understand hook, build and payoff and apply it intuitively
• Comfortable producing at speed and volume without waiting for perfect conditions
