About the role (What you'll be doing)
We're looking for an Operations Casual to join the Medical Operations team and work across high-impact operations initiatives. This is a 12-week paid casual role, minimum 4 days per week, with an immediate start.
This is a hands-on operations role. You'll own processes end-to-end, support practitioner and patient workflows, and work alongside the Patient Operations teams on projects that improve patient experience and strengthen retention.
You'll be given meaningful responsibility from the start and trusted to think clearly, move quickly, and execute to a high standard.
Your work may span a mix of:
Owning and running operational processes
- Owning operational processes end-to-end, keeping them running reliably and improving them over time
- Preparing and coordinating practitioner interviews and related onboarding workflows
- Making outbound calls to patients to support retention and operational initiatives
- Analysing patient and operational data to identify friction points and areas for improvement
- Supporting the Operations team in testing and rolling out new initiatives to support teams
