General Practitioner - Women's Health

UK - HQ - London

About Eucalyptus

We're on a mission to make good health last a lifetime. More than 1 billion people live with obesity worldwide, driving preventable chronic conditions. We're here to build better long-term care.

Eucalyptus is now part of Hims & Hers, the global leader in personalised health and wellness.

Euc is the company behind Juniper, one of the world's largest weight-management programs combining GLP-1 medication with personalised nutrition, movement support, and clinician-led care from prescribers, nurses, health coaches, pharmacists, and dietitians. Our published clinical research shows that our combined clinical and behavioural approach helps patients lose significantly more weight during their treatment with Juniper by four times.

Our Growth Story:

  • Supporting patients living with obesity across our 5 markets
  • Received selective NICE endorsement to provide services to the NHS
  • Tailored our offering to thousands of patients in Australia, the UK, Germany, Japan and Canada.

About the role (What you'll be doing)

Impact: This role helps build a better standard of women's health in the UK. You'll care for women navigating perimenopause, menopause, and the wider hormonal and metabolic changes of midlife — and help shape the pathways that make that care genuinely better. This is a part-time role (2–3 days per week) reporting to the GP Lead, Ecosystem.

  • Consult with women through our telehealth service, listening carefully to each patient's individual experience and tailoring care to what she actually needs.
  • Diagnose and manage perimenopause, menopause, and related hormonal conditions, initiating and adjusting treatment safely over time.
  • Prescribe and manage hormonal medications, contraception and GLP1s in line with Eucalyptus clinical protocols and all GMC and CQC requirements.
  • Take a whole-person view of women's health — considering cardiometabolic health, inflammation, lifestyle, and, where appropriate, supplements as part of a complete protocol.
  • Help design and improve clinical pathways, bringing your own point of view on how women's health care should evolve.
  • Provide responsive follow-up care and collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to keep each patient supported throughout her journey.

About you (Who you are)

Skills & experience

  • GMC-registered GP with a licence to practise and a strong general practice background.
  • Additional training or qualification in women's hormone health (e.g. menopause and HRT management).
  • Experience caring for women over 40, with a focus on highly empathetic and responsive care
  • Confident prescribing hormonal medications. Some experience of GLP1 prescribing is a bonus.
  • Strong understanding of cardiometabolic health and inflammation alongside hormones, and comfortable treating the whole person rather than a single symptom.
  • Deeply empathetic — you take pride in listening carefully and building trust with every patient.
  • Genuinely open-minded about supplements as part of a full women's health protocol.
  • Creative and entrepreneurial: you have your own views on how women's health can be advanced, believe the current system isn't good enough, and want to help create something better.
  • Ambitious: this role gives you a chance to be part of a new service in global women’s health, where if you want to progress and take a lead role the sky is the limit.

Nice to haves

  • A hormone training or menopause focused credential - very nice to have
  • Experience delivering care within a digital health or telehealth setting.
