About the Role & Team Culture
We are adding a Senior Project Analyst, Renewable Energy Development & Finance to our Development Services Team. This individual will work within the Development vertical to manage complex development and capital markets client engagements and initiatives in conjunction with a world-class team, such as financing of renewable energy projects, working closely with the customer (e.g., investor, owner operator) on due diligence, compliance and execution, etc.

What You’ll Do
- Co-manage and support multiple client engagements under the leadership of an experienced Program/Project Manager and the Director of Development
- Streamline project financing transactions through building and maintaining project management tools
- Support and coordinate internal & external portfolio teams, including clients and stakeholders (e.g., lenders/investors, attorneys, advisors)
- Provide key support and subject matter expertise for financing engagements, such as project diligence, RFI & risk management, and stakeholder management
- Support the design and architecture of new products and tools to serve renewable energy project developers and investors through Euclid’s platform
- Participate and contribute to critical internal initiatives and operations development
- Learn from a world-class, experienced team and master the processes of renewable energy development, diligence, execution, investment, and finance
- Steadily take on more project and client-level responsibility and be a leader within our development services group
- Cause more solar and storage projects to be built by contributing to the standardization of project development processes in the industry and raising the bar for quality
Required Skills & Experience
- 4+ years in years of experience in renewable energy project finance and development with some experience directly participating in capital markets transactions
- Knowledge of financing due diligence process
- Strong quantitative skills and financial modeling literacy
- Working knowledge of of financing structures and processes (e.g., tax equity, transferability, debt financing)
- Strong attention to detail and disciplined approach to solving problems
- Must be a team player willing to step out of comfort zone and remain adaptable
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, project management, economics or related fields - preferred, but not required

The base salary range for this role is $100,000 -$120,000 with an equity award as part of your all-in compensation. The actual base salary and equity is dependent upon many factors, such as education, experience, skills, and internal compensation equity. The base salary range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for equity and benefits.
