About the Role:
 
Eudia is seeking an Augmented Engineer (AE) who will work directly with clients to deploy, configure, and optimize our Augmented Intelligence Platform to address mission-critical workflows. You will act as a technical bridge between our engineering teams and clients, combining deep technical expertise with strong problem-solving and communication skills. This role requires adaptability, creativity, and a passion for delivering impactful solutions in dynamic, high-stakes environments.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Solution Deployment: Build, deploy, configure, and customize our software to meet client-specific use cases, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and data sources.  
  • Technical Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues on-site or remotely, often under tight deadlines, to ensure client success.  
  • Client Engagement: Collaborate closely with clients to understand their operational challenges, workflows, and objectives. Translate these needs into technical requirements for our software platform.  
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Augmented Strategists, backend engineers, and designers to relay client feedback and drive product improvements.  
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to optimize customer workflows, enhance platform performance, and deliver measurable value. 
Qualifications:
  • Education:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.  
  • Technical Skills:  
    • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.  
    • Experience with databases (SQL/NoSQL), APIs, and data integration tools.  
    • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.  
    • Comfortable working with complex, large-scale systems and ambiguous technical environments. 
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with a knack for breaking down complex problems into actionable solutions.  
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.  
  • Adaptability: Thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and can pivot quickly to address evolving client needs.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
  • Experience: 4+ years of experience in software engineering, consulting, or a client-facing technical role. Prior experience in data-intensive environments is a plus. 
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working in industries such as legal, government, or finance.  
  • Familiarity with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) or machine learning frameworks.  
  • Prior consulting or deployment experience in a SaaS or enterprise software environment.

Compensation Range: $110,000 - $200,000

The posted salary range is based on our research for companies of our stage and size while in compliance with California law. This is a base salary compensation range and we encourage those who are interested to apply and have an initial discussion.
