If you’re looking for a place where you’ll be challenged, take ownership from day one, and work alongside some of the brightest minds in AI and legal —we’d love to meet you.

Opportunity for Impact

This is a pivotal opportunity to build and lead the regional enterprise sales function at a breakout AI company during a critical growth stage. As Regional VP of Sales, you’ll be responsible for driving new business growth across strategic enterprise accounts—partnering with key stakeholders to craft our go-to-market strategy, close 7-figure deals, and drive Eudia’s next chapter of revenue expansion. You’ll work directly with the Co-Founders and COO and play a key leadership role in defining and scaling our commercial motion.

About the Role

The Regional VP of Sales will lead enterprise sales efforts within a defined geographic territory. You’ll manage a team of high-performing Business Leads: supporting the team with tactical deal execution support, pipeline generation, territory planning, and customer engagement.

This role requires a seasoned, AI-savvy enterprise sales leader with a track record of closing high-value SaaS deals within the F500 navigating multiple C-suite stakeholders. You are excited by category creation, comfortable navigating ambiguity, and energized by the opportunity to shape Eudia’s enterprise sales culture from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

Go-to-Market Leadership

  • Build and execute sales strategy aligned with company goals, GTM priorities, and product capabilities.
  • Define clear plans for territory segmentation, opportunity prioritization, and white-space growth.
  • Establish regional forecasting rigor and drive quarterly attainment with accuracy.

New Business Development

  • Support Business Leads close complex enterprise deals, engaging with C-suite stakeholders (CLOs, GCs, CIOs, CFOs).
  • Guide your team in executing full-cycle sales motions, from prospecting and discovery to contract close and post-sale handoff.
  • Champion Eudia's platform and define the strategic value for every new customer conversation.

Team & Pipeline Management

  • Recruit, hire, coach, and develop a team of top-performing Business Leads focused on the F500/Global 2000 segment.
  • Set a culture of urgency, excellence, and collaboration across the sales team.
  • Drive team discipline around CRM hygiene, territory planning, deal reviews, and internal collaboration (pre-sales, deployment, and leadership).

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with Marketing on pipeline generation tactics and campaign strategy.
  • Work hand-in-hand with Product and Delivery to ensure customer success and long-term expansion opportunities.
  • Feed market insights and customer learnings back into the product roadmap and GTM playbook.

What We’re Looking For

  • 10–15+ years of enterprise software sales and sales leadership experience—ideally in a fast-growth startup/SaaS company.
  • 5+ years managing high-performing Account Executives in enterprise or strategic sales motions.
  • Proven track record of selling into the Fortune 1000 enterprise buyer and driving 7-8 figure deal cycles to close.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise legal/compliance workflows, SaaS contracting environments, and multi-stakeholder selling.
  • Adept user of modern AI tools and a strong advocate for using AI to scale teams and oneself.
  • Exceptional executive presence, with a track record of partnering with C-suite buyers.
  • Ownership mentality with strong business acumen—you thrive in data-driven environments where outcomes matter.
  • A builder’s mindset. You’re as comfortable refining processes as you are executing them.

Bonus Points

  • Experience in legaltech, compliance, or AI-first SaaS platforms.
  • Prior success scaling a sales region or vertical at a pre-IPO or category-defining tech company.
  • Advanced degree (MBA or JD) or experience interacting with legal departments at scale.

Why You’ll Love Working at Eudia

  • Build the Future: Be part of a mission-driven company that’s modernizing one of the last frontiers of enterprise automation.
  • Unprecedented Ownership: Join a GTM team in its formative stage—shaping playbooks, teams, tooling, and strategy.
  • Category Creation: Help define a new market in Augmented Intelligence alongside some of the brightest minds in AI and law.
  • Hyper-Growth Trajectory: Our customers include multiple Fortune 500 firms and we have achieved $20m+ ARR less than a year since emerging from Stealth mode.

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
