Senior Event Manager
We’re looking for a highly organized and experienced Event Manager to join our Marketing organization. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in developing and executing Eudia’s Field Marketing and Third-Party Tradeshow strategy to drive brand awareness, pipeline growth, and customer engagement.
This is not your average event role. One day, you may be presenting event ROI to executives; the next, you may be on the ground unpacking boxes and setting up signage. You embrace both the strategic and the hands-on, with grace and professionalism. Nothing is too big—or too small—for you to own. You bring a beginner’s mindset, flexibility, and a strong GSD (Get Stuff Done) attitude into every project.
You’ll report to the Head of Brand and Global Events and play a key role in a lean, high-performing team that values creativity, reliability, and responsiveness.
- Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of field marketing initiatives and third-party events, including trade shows, customer roadshows, and industry conferences.
- Develop and execute detailed project plans, timelines, and cross-functional workflows to ensure flawless execution.
- Drive cross-functional alignment with sales, marketing, product, legal, finance, and external partners to ensure clear goals and seamless collaboration.
- Own logistics such as venue sourcing, vendor selection, booth design, partner coordination, on-site staffing plans, and travel arrangements.
- Manage all contract negotiations and work closely with our legal and finance teams to ensure proper approvals and risk mitigation.
- Create and responsibly manage budgets for multiple simultaneous events, ensuring accuracy and ROI tracking.
- Partner with the social and content team to ensure design assets, promotional materials, and event messaging align with our voice and strategy.
- Execute with humility—you’re just as comfortable in unpacking boxes or laying tape as you are leading pre-event briefings with the executive team.
- Travel as needed (~30–50%) to support onsite activations and ensure top-tier execution.
- Debrief events post-execution, collecting and analyzing performance metrics to improve future programs.
What We're Looking For:
- 7–10 years of event marketing, experiential marketing, or field marketing experience, ideally in a high-growth, B2B SaaS environment.
- Demonstrated success owning and executing both large-scale tradeshows and smaller, high-impact customer engagements.
- Strategic thinker with strong attention to detail and an innate ability to juggle logistics, communications, and creative storytelling.
- Highly organized with excellent communication and interpersonal skills—you’re a trusted partner who can influence without authority.
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities, timelines, and stakeholders without losing sight of quality.
- Resourceful self-starter with a collaborative mindset and the humility to jump in wherever you’re needed.
- Comfortable working in a lean, high-performance team where accountability and GSD energy are essential.
- Experience negotiating contracts, working with legal, and managing vendor relationships.
- Adept in tools like Salesforce, Asana, Cvent, Airtable, Bizzabo, etc.
- Curious and open-minded—you’re not stuck in your ways and energetically welcome new ideas.
- Impactful Work: Be part of a team that’s at the forefront of AI innovation
- Growth Opportunities: Work in an environment that encourages professional growth and the exploration of new ideas
- Dynamic Culture: Join a group of passionate, driven individuals who are committed to making a difference
If you’re ready to take on the challenge and make an impact in a rapidly evolving industry, we want to hear from you!
