Lead Technical Product Manager – Core AI, Enterprise Platform & Integrations

About Eudia

Eudia is a high-growth AI startup on a mission to transform legal work through Augmented Intelligence—pairing advanced AI with human expertise to supercharge legal teams. Our platform helps Fortune 500 corporate legal departments move faster, manage risk, and transform the legal function from a cost center into a strategic advantage.

Eudia is trusted by some of the world’s most demanding organizations, including Cargill, ServiceNow, DHL, Bayer, Duracell, Dolby, Indeed, OpenAI, the U.S. Air Force, Best Buy, Asana, Dropbox, LinkedIn, , Citi, Etsy, Novelis, Pure Storage, Del Monte, Cox, PetSmart, Udemy, and many more across regulated and high-stakes industries.

Backed by General Catalyst (Hemant Taneja, Marc Bhargava), Floodgate (Mike Maples), Sierra Ventures (Tim Guleri), and leading individual investors including Gokul Rajaram and Prof. Chris Ré (Stanford), Eudia is building deeply technical AI platforms for risk-sensitive environments where accuracy, security, and trust are non-negotiable.

We believe the future of legal work lies in AI augmenting human expertise, not replacing it, and we are assembling a world-class team to make that future a reality.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Lead Technical Product Manager for Core AI, Enterprise Platform & Integrations to drive the next stage of Eudia’s platform evolution. This is a senior, high-impact role with end-to-end ownership over our core AI systems, enterprise infrastructure, and integration ecosystem.

You will serve as the product owner for how our AI models are evaluated, how they understand and reason over complex legal documents, how they support safe and useful conversational interfaces, and how they are embedded into enterprise environments with robust APIs and SDKs. You will influence product strategy, technical direction, roadmap prioritization, and go-to-market readiness.

This role is ideal for a product leader who excels at the intersection of AI, enterprise platforms, and high-stakes decision-making. You should be comfortable making complex tradeoffs among accuracy, scalability, cost, and risk.

You will collaborate closely with world-class ML engineers, legal experts, designers, and go-to-market teams to deliver AI capabilities that are trusted, explainable, impactful, and production-ready.

What You’ll Own

  • Core AI platform strategy including model evaluation, safety mechanisms, and grounded reasoning
  • End-to-end enterprise APIs, SDKs, and integration frameworks
  • Product vision and behavior of Eudia’s conversational AI assistant
  • AI quality and explainability across high-stakes, regulated workflows
  • Platform scalability, deployment flexibility, and enterprise-grade security

Key Responsibilities

Core AI Quality, Reasoning & Conversational Intelligence

  • Own and evolve Eudia’s end-to-end AI quality strategy, spanning model evaluation, legal document understanding, grounded reasoning, and conversational behavior.
  • Define and maintain rigorous evaluation frameworks for LLMs and AI components, benchmarking performance against complex legal datasets and real-world enterprise scenarios. Translate legal and business requirements (e.g., diligence accuracy, contract consistency, nuanced legal reasoning) into measurable technical metrics and acceptance criteria.
  • Drive the development of deep document understanding capabilities that enable the AI to reason over long, complex legal documents with outputs that are grounded, explainable, and fully traceable to source materials through precise citations.
  • Ensure AI behavior is context-aware and client-specific by incorporating organizational playbooks, contract repositories, and institutional knowledge into reasoning and response generation.
  • Own the product vision for Eudia’s conversational AI experiences, including defining agent scope, autonomy, safety thresholds, and guardrails to prevent hallucinations and inappropriate outputs.
  • Partner closely with ML and engineering teams on techniques such as retrieval augmentation, semantic parsing, and hybrid reasoning, while making principled tradeoffs across accuracy, latency, cost, and risk.
  • Establish human-in-the-loop, fallback, and escalation mechanisms to ensure conversational AI remains a trusted, professional, and ethically sound assistant in high-stakes legal workflows.

Enterprise Platform, SDKs & Integrations

  • Own the roadmap for Eudia’s core enterprise AI platform that powers Fortune 500 deployments.
  • Design and scale a modular, secure, and extensible platform embedded into enterprise ecosystems, including:
  • Well-documented APIs and SDKs for internal teams, partners, and customers
  • Seamless integrations with CLM systems, DMS, CRM, SSO providers, and other critical enterprise infrastructure
  • A strong developer experience that enables easy embedding of Eudia into customer workflows
  • Platform scalability, observability, and performance optimization in multi-tenant environments
  • Close collaboration with DevOps, security, and client IT teams to meet rigorous infosec and compliance requirements (e.g., SOC 2, GDPR, RBAC)
  • Flexible deployment models, including cloud and hybrid environments for sensitive legal workloads
  • Partner with engineering, legal operations, customer success, and GTM teams to ensure the platform is technically robust, usable, and aligned with enterprise operational needs.

Requirements

Product Management Experience

  • 7+ years of product management experience owning complex, technical, or platform-level products.
  • Proven track record of leading products end-to-end, from concept through launch and iteration, ideally in high-growth or startup environments.
  • Experience owning APIs, SDKs, developer platforms, or infrastructure-adjacent products is strongly preferred.

AI / ML Technical Acumen

  • Strong understanding of machine learning fundamentals and modern AI techniques.
  • Direct product ownership of LLM-powered or ML-driven systems; familiarity with model evaluation, prompt strategies, embeddings, and human-in-the-loop workflows.
  • Ability to collaborate deeply with ML engineers and data scientists on technical decisions and system design.

Enterprise & Domain Knowledge

  • Experience building enterprise B2B software or platforms.
  • Familiarity with deploying products in regulated or risk-sensitive industries (legal, finance, healthcare, etc.).
  • Exposure to legal tech, contract management, compliance, or legal operations is a strong plus, but not required.
  • Strong appreciation for security, data privacy, and compliance-driven product design.

Strategic Vision & Execution

  • Ability to think holistically about product strategy while executing at a detailed level.
  • Proven skill in translating vision into roadmaps and prioritizing initiatives across short-term customer needs and long-term platform scalability.
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity and serving as a decision-maker when data is incomplete and stakes are high.

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience partnering closely with engineering, design, data science, and subject-matter experts.
  • Ability to clearly communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and translate user needs into precise product requirements.
  • Demonstrated ability to build alignment and inspire teams around a shared vision.

Ownership & Drive

  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability; you proactively move initiatives forward with minimal guidance.
  • Bias toward action, high standards, and delivering measurable user impact.
  • Passion for building AI systems that solve real-world problems responsibly.
  • Adaptable, resilient, and energized by the pace and responsibility of a fast-growing startup.

Why Join Eudia?

At Eudia, you’ll join a mission-driven team shaping the future of legal work. As a Lead Technical PM, you will have meaningful autonomy, real ownership, and the opportunity to see your decisions translate directly into production systems used by premier global organizations.

This is a chance to redefine how AI can responsibly augment professionals in one of the most complex and consequential domains. You’ll work alongside experts in AI and law to build an enterprise-grade AI platform that prioritizes trust, safety, and impact.

If you’re excited by the challenge of building sophisticated AI platforms that are deeply technical, enterprise-ready, and genuinely useful, we’d love to meet you.

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
