Senior Brand Designer

Remote - US

About Eve

Eve is redefining legal technology for plaintiff law firms, and we're building the team that will take us there. We help firms handle more cases, recover more for clients, and grow with AI that works across every stage of a case, from intake through resolution. The next generation of great plaintiff firms will be AI-Native, and Eve is how they get there. But what makes Eve different isn't just the product. It's how we build it. If you're someone who takes ownership, stays curious, and wants to build AI that's already changing how  law is practiced, this is where you belong.

Product-market fit: Eve is trusted by over 1000+ law firms, and we’re growing fast.
Backed by top investors: We’ve raised over $160M from world-class partners including Spark Capital, Andreessen Horowitz(A16z), Menlo Ventures, and Lightspeed.
Built by a world-class team: Engineers, designers, and operators from places like Scale, Meta, Airbnb, Cruise, Square, Rubrik, and Lyft are building Eve from the ground up.
AI-Native from day one: We’re on the bleeding edge of AI, collaborating directly with teams at OpenAI and Anthropic to build best-in-class AI workflows tailored for legal work.
Explosive growth: We are growing 2X revenue Quarter over Quarter.

About the Role

Eve’s brand is growing as fast as the company, and we’re expanding our creative team to keep pace. As our Senior Brand Designer, you’ll shape how Eve shows up everywhere our audience meets us; across digital campaigns, our website, product moments, and the events where we win the room. You’ll report to our Creative Director and own work end to end, from the first moodboard to the final pixel.

We’re looking for a designer who moves fluidly between disciplines; someone equally at home designing a landing page, a conference booth, and a launch campaign. You’ll partner closely with marketing, product, and growth to make sure every touchpoint feels unmistakably Eve: clear, human, and built for the attorneys we serve. This is a hands-on individual-contributor role for someone who loves craft and wants their work seen by a fast-growing audience of plaintiff firms.

What You'll Do

  • Digital and campaign design. Concept and design across digital channels, from product launches and paid campaigns to social, email, and sales enablement, with a consistent and confident point of view.
  • Web design. Design and ship pages across eve.legal, from landing pages to full campaigns; own the visual quality of the site and partner with engineering to bring designs to life.
  • Experiential and events. Bring Eve into the physical world at conferences, booths, and activations, so our in-person presence is as polished as everything we do on screen.
  • Brand systems. Extend and steward the Eve visual identity; build reusable components, templates, and guidelines in Figma so the brand scales cleanly as the team grows.
  • Concept to execution. Own projects from initial idea through final delivery; develop moodboards and directions, present your thinking, and carry the work all the way to a finished, high-craft result.
  • Passion for craft. We value clean layouts, precise typesetting, and good taste. We’re building one of the most recognizable brands in legal AI, and you’ll help define what it looks like.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience. 8+ years of brand or visual design experience, with a portfolio that shows range across digital, web, and experiential work.
  • Figma fluency (required). Deep, expert-level command of Figma for design, prototyping, and building scalable systems.
  • Adobe Creative Suite (required). Strong command of the Adobe Creative Suite for high-craft design and production.
  • Design excellence. An exceptional eye for modern, premium design; precise type, considered layout, and an instinct for detail.
  • Versatility. Comfort moving quickly between high-level brand strategy and the granular craft of a finished asset.
  • Cross-functional collaboration. A track record of partnering with marketing, product, and engineering to ship work that performs, not just work that looks good.
  • Communication. Strong presentation skills and the ability to articulate and defend design decisions to leadership and stakeholders.

Bonus Points

  • Motion design or video experience, and the ability to extend the brand into moving formats.
  • Hands-on experience with web build tools such as Webflow or Framer.
  • Experience designing for B2B SaaS or fast-scaling startups.
  • A background designing event or experiential activations and trade-show presence.

As a government contractor subject to the Vietnam Era Veterans Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRAA), we request this information in order to measure the effectiveness of the outreach and positive recruitment efforts we undertake pursuant to VEVRAA. Classification of protected categories is as follows:

A "disabled veteran" is one of the following: a veteran of the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service who is entitled to compensation (or who but for the receipt of military retired pay would be entitled to compensation) under laws administered by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs; or a person who was discharged or released from active duty because of a service-connected disability.

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
