THE ROLE

Eventbrite is looking for a Product Management Intern to help shape the future of our platform by diving deep into user needs, solving key problems, and driving impact through research, execution, and communication. This role is perfect for someone eager to gain hands-on experience in product management while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

YOU WILL

  • Conduct deep dives into specific user needs through competitive analysis.
  • Analyze data to measure feature impact and identify areas for improvement.
  • Identify and define problems in a specific area and work with cross-functional teams (XFN) to develop solutions.
  • Write detailed user stories and PRDs to help clearly articulate the problem statement and requirements for engineering.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams in Agile SDLC to execute product changes and improvements.
  • Define product metrics and setup dashboards to monitor metrics and user funnels.
  • Monitor metrics and trends and identify issues or areas of improvement.
  • Work with GTM (Go-To-Market) partners to draft external communications for product updates.
  • Write internal communications to keep teams aligned on product changes.
  • Share impact reports with stakeholders and identify next steps for product growth.

THE SKILLSET

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Masters degree in Business (MBA).
  • Passionate about building world class Products and impacting the life of millions of customers
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize research into actionable insights.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with design, engineering, and other functional teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills—you can tell a compelling story with data!
  • A structured thinker who can break down complex problems and develop clear solutions.
  • Passion for learning 

BONUS POINTS:

  • Prior hands-on experience with software development, business analysis or product management
  • Experience with user research, data analysis, or A/B testing.
  • Passion for the events industry and creating amazing experiences for users.

DURATION

  • This internship position is a 6 month commitment, with the possibility of extension based on performance and availability.
