The Evergreen holding company team is comprised of 40+ professionals based in San Francisco who are focused on capital allocation, M&A, executive level hiring, strategic board leadership, and finance and accounting. RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for an experienced sales professional to act as ‘player-coach’, to direct and develop sales strategy, operational plans, tactics, and processes that will drive revenue growth and accomplish financial objectives for ONGC Systems.

 

 The Head of Growth will be responsible for identifying, calling and soliciting leads, contacts and prospective clients while leading a team.

  • Analyzing the market and developing a sales strategy to achieve annual revenue targets through new customer acquisition. Developing and closing sales opportunities with prospects
  • Articulating compelling and differentiating value propositions to customers in a way that aligns to their business imperatives.
  • Providing discipline and rigor to the sales process as an expert on best practices.
  • Manage new and existing business relationships
  • Cultivate leads and establish relationships in the industry
  • Participate in trade shows, industry mixers, etc.
  • Manage and monitor lead generation programs including SEM, SEO, affiliate marketing, display advertising, social media, and email marketing
  • Manage contacts and campaigns via an online database, including creating and updating prospect and client lists and segment data for targeted e-mail campaigns
  • Hire, mentor and retain a team of “A” players

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • A well networked Individual with “new business hunter” mindset
  • The tenacity, wit, and energy to get in front of prime targets, and to build relationships with new and existing clients
  • A demonstrated track record of proven quota attainment YoY
  • Capable of working closely and at ease with all levels of staff and management during the sales cycle
  • Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a quota-carrying role.
  • Is a trusted advisor to customers and colleagues

EDUCATION

  • A 4-year degree is required. Preference towards Business, Marketing or related major
  • MBA a plus.

Must be located in the Gold Coast, Australia region and be willing to go on site 4-5 days a week.
