The Job at a Glance 

The Senior Director of Partner Success will lead evermore’s Partner Success and Relationship Management function—owning the strategy, structure, and operations that ensure our strategic retail partners are not only satisfied, but delighted. This leader will ensure that evermore’s partnerships extend across the total store—from front-of-store programs to pharmacy—by cultivating deep, strategic relationships that unlock mutual growth.

The Senior Director will build and lead the Partner Success function from the ground up, designing scalable processes, and setting the standard for excellence in partner satisfaction, strategic collaboration, and executional excellence.

What You Will Do 

Working within an organization created at the intersection of health care, retail and financial technology, no two days will look the sameTypical responsibilities of the role include:  

  • Build and Lead Partner Success
    • Establish and scale the Partner Success function, including hiring, process design, and performance management.
    • Define and implement frameworks for partner engagement (QBRs, SteerCos, executive readouts, etc.) to ensure alignment and measurable progress.
    • Develop reporting, dashboards, and feedback loops to provide partners and internal teams with clear visibility into performance and opportunities.
  • Drive Strategic Collaboration
    • Serve as a trusted thought partner to strategic retail accounts, identifying opportunities to expand collaboration across the total store, including front of store and pharmacy.
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams (Growth, Product, Marketing, and Operations) to bring forward innovative ways for retailers to maximize the value of evermore’s solutions.
    • Translate partner feedback into actionable insights that improve product offerings and strengthen long-term relationships.
  • Deliver Exceptional Partner Outcomes
    • Maintain and continuously improve an industry-leading partner Net Promoter Score (NPS).
    • Develop scalable playbooks that ensure consistent excellence in partner experience and delivery.
    • Identify and mitigate risks proactively, ensuring issues are addressed quickly and root causes eliminated.
    • Create a culture of accountability and partnership within evermore—driving performance, collaboration, and innovation at every level.

About You 

While every candidate brings a unique resume and prospective, an ideal candidate will include:  

  • 7+ years of experience in Account Management or Partner Success, ideally within retail, healthcare, or technology-enabled environments.
  • Proven success building and leading partner or account management teams that deliver exceptional results.
  • Demonstrated track record of exceeding expectations and accomplishing the unreasonable.
  • Exceptional relationship builder and connector—able to create trust and influence at all levels of an organization.
  • Highly detail-oriented and operationally excellent; skilled at bringing order to ambiguity and designing scalable systems.
  • High-agency, self-starting leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and acts with ownership and urgency.
  • Strong communicator capable of simplifying complex ideas and influencing diverse stakeholders.
  • Commitment to building a culture that values transparency, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for partner meetings, team offsites, and company events.


Other Requirements

  • Travel may be required from time to time as part of the role, for company events and business needs
  • evermore is a remote-first, distributed workforce. Candidates should be comfortable with, and equipped to work within, a distributed remote team, including having reliable internet access and basic home office equipment. evermore will provide a work laptop, and mouse/keyboard upon request

  • Competitive base salary ranging from $171,400 to $214,250, discretionary bonus, and equity; depending on experience/qualifications
