The Job at a Glance
As Senior Growth PM at evermore, you’ll design and execute multi-channel engagement campaigns that help members activate their benefits and take meaningful health actions.
You’ll own the full journey across activation, retention, and engagement campaigns to help connect members with the value evermore provides, with clear ownership of funnel metrics related to member activation, benefit usage, digital return engagement, and conversion to meaningful health or spend actions. You’ll work directly in our engagement tools to build campaigns from the ground up, interpret performance data, and continuously test and refine messaging to maximize outcomes.
This is a hands-on individual contributor role, reporting to the Director of Product, and sits within the Product organization’s Digital Experience lever.
What You Will Do
Working within an organization created at the intersection of health care, retail and financial technology, no two days will look the same. Typical responsibilities of the role include:
- Design, build, and deploy email, SMS, and push campaigns that activate members and increase digital engagement; managed automated workflows for distinct audience segments and varied campaign content.
- Leverage data to identify growth levers and validate through structured experimentation, using A/B and multivariate testing to drive continuous UX and messaging optimization.
- Partner with Data, Engineering, and Design to align messaging with app experiences, benefit configurations, and targeted health outcomes.
- Work directly with event data and segmentation logic, ensuring campaigns trigger from accurate behavioral and eligibility signals.
- Troubleshoot campaign logic, JSON payloads, or data discrepancies in partnership with product and engineering teams.
- Champion an experimentation culture — establish a systematic experimentation roadmap with hypotheses tied to quantitative goals, and test, measure, and iterate continuously.
- Partner with account management and Sales to execute customized engagement initiatives and grow ARPU for enterprise customers.
- Scale engagement capabilities across sponsors and member populations, with particular focus on delivering engagement strategies that work across diverse populations and channels.
About You
While every candidate brings a unique resume and prospective, an ideal candidate will include:
- 4+ years of experience in product marketing, lifecycle and/or growth marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Iterable or similar lifecycle platforms (Braze, Klaviyo, Amplitude).
- Proven success designing and executing multichannel campaigns using email, SMS, and push.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills—you know how to read funnel data and draw actionable insights.
- Comfortable operating autonomously in a fast-moving, cross-functional environment.
- Startup mindset—comfortable experimenting, learning quickly, and iterating toward impact.
- You don’t need to be an engineer, but you’re confident working with structured data (for example, looking at event payloads or segmentation filters).
- You understand how engagement campaigns trigger from backend events and know how to QA logic end-to-end.
Bonus points for:
- Experience driving health engagement or closing care gaps (screenings, preventive care, adherence).
- Familiarity with Metabase, LaunchDarkly, Heap, or Countly.
- Experience working in healthcare compliance environments (HIPAA, TCPA).
