NetSuite Administrator
EverPass Media is redefining the role of TVs in businesses by blending premium sports content with powerful marketing and analytics capabilities. We’re looking for a NetSuite Administrator to own and evolve our core financial and revenue systems infrastructure. This role sits at the intersection of Finance, Sales, and Operations, ensuring our systems are accurate, scalable, and built to support high-growth execution.
Reporting into the Enterprise Application function, this individual will be responsible for day-to-day NetSuite administration, system optimization, and cross-functional initiatives that improve how we quote, sell, bill, and recognize revenue. This role will also partner closely with Salesforce stakeholders to ensure seamless data flow across the revenue stack. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment and wants to build systems that directly power business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
NetSuite Administration & System Ownership
- Serve as the primary administrator for NetSuite, including user management, roles/permissions, workflows, and system configurations
- Maintain and optimize core financial modules (Order-to-Cash, Billing, Revenue Recognition, etc.)
- Manage system integrity, ensuring accurate and reliable financial and operational data
- Own release management, testing, and deployment of NetSuite updates and enhancements
Order-to-Cash & Revenue Operations Support
- Partner with Finance and Sales Ops to support the full quote-to-cash lifecycle
- Ensure accurate flow of data from deal creation through invoicing and revenue recognition
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues impacting billing, contracts, or revenue reporting
- Support complex deal structures, pricing models, and contract configurations
Systems Integration & Cross-Functional Alignment
- Collaborate with Salesforce admins and RevOps to ensure clean and reliable system integrations
- Maintain and improve data sync between Salesforce and NetSuite
- Identify gaps, redundancies, or inefficiencies across the revenue tech stack
- Support implementation of new tools or system enhancements as the business scales
Process Optimization & Automation
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and reduce manual effort across Finance and Sales processes
- Build and maintain saved searches, reports, dashboards, and automation workflows
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives that increase speed, accuracy, and scalability
Data Integrity, Reporting & Support
- Ensure data accuracy across transactions, customers, and financial records
- Support ad-hoc reporting and analysis for Finance, Sales, and Leadership
- Act as a key point of contact for NetSuite-related questions, troubleshooting, and training
What We’re Looking For
- 3–6+ years of experience administering NetSuite in a high-growth or complex environment
- Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash processes (quote, contract, billing, revenue recognition)
- Experience working cross-functionally with Finance, Sales Ops, and/or RevOps teams
- Familiarity with Salesforce and system integrations between CRM and ERP platforms
- Hands-on experience with workflows, saved searches, reporting, and system configuration
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on execution and detail
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Bonus Points
- Experience with NetSuite Advanced Revenue Management (ARM)
- Familiarity with SaaS, subscription, or usage-based billing models
- Experience with middleware/integration tools (e.g., Celigo, Boomi, Workato)
- Background in media, streaming, or high-growth startup environments

Expected Compensation
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $90,000 – $120,000, depending on experience, skillset, and alignment with the needs of the role. EverPass considers internal equity, scope, and candidate qualifications when determining final compensation.
