We’re looking for someone who’s equal parts strategist and builder, someone who can roll up their sleeves and run point on Marketing Automation for one of our international divisions, specializing in email marketing.

You’ll take big campaign ideas and turn them into smart, high-performing journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud. From mapping out the plan to hitting send and analyzing results, you’ll be the one making sure our emails don’t just land, they land well. 

Main responsibilities 

  • Act as the dedicated marketing automation partner working closely with demand gen to understand campaign goals, timelines, and messaging needs.
  • Use Marketing Cloud tools (Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Audience Builder, etc.) to build and launch dynamic, multi-step journeys that reach the right audience with the right message.
  • Oversee the organization, maintenance, and optimization of marketing assets and templates within Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including managing the asset library, ensuring brand consistency, version control, and accessibility for marketing campaigns.
  • Own the full campaign execution process from building HTML/CSS emails, testing through Litmus, and QA, to scheduling and deployment.
  • Track campaign performance across key metrics (opens, clicks, conversions, bounce rates), and deliver reports with actionable insights to improve results over time.
  • Ensure email programs meet privacy regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR) and maintain best practices for deliverability and compliance.
  • Contribute to system and process improvements that help us scale smarter and move faster across marketing operations.
  • Support cross-functional teams by sharing email marketing best practices, including segmentation, lead scoring, personalization, and timing strategies.

Essential Criteria

  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, especially tools like Content Builder, Journey Builder, and Data Designer.
  • Comfort working with HTML, CSS, and SQL to build and troubleshoot emails when needed.
  • Strong grasp of email compliance and how to keep deliverability high.
  • A data-driven mindset—you know how to turn metrics into decisions and improvements.
  • Clear communicator and strong collaborator who thrives in fast-moving environments.

Desirable Criteria

  • Experience with Litmus or similar QA/testing tools.
  • Background in B2B SaaS or marketing operations within cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with lead scoring models, dynamic content, and asset management tools like Showpad.
