About the role

As our Growth Marketing Optimisation Specialist, you'll play an important role in supporting Everway's go-to-market strategy through effective marketing operations, automation and data-driven decision-making. You'll manage the systems, processes and insights that help Marketing and commercial teams generate pipeline, improve funnel conversions and measure marketing performance.

Working across our marketing technology stack, you'll analyse and optimise workflows, improve lead routing, strengthen reporting and attribution, and provide operational insight that supports commercial decisions. You'll collaborate with colleagues across Marketing, Sales, Customer, Operations, Data and IT Systems to improve and scale our marketing operations and performance, as Everway continues to grow.

Main responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Work within the Marketing team to optimise lead and account scoring models, marketing qualification processes and routing automations which enable marketing to sales funnel velocity.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Rev Ops teams to continuously analyse lead-to-pipeline conversion rates, optimise outbound activity, pinpoint drop-offs, remove bottlenecks, and enable acceleration through the marketing, sales and customer lifecycle.
  • Analyse prospect and customer journey engagement, intent signals and buying committee activity to support account-based marketing initiatives and regional go-to-market campaigns.
  • Partner with Marketing and Data teams to develop and maintain dashboards and reporting that provide clear visibility of global marketing performance and impact on commercial business KPIs.
  • Maintain and advance marketing attribution models that measure campaign, channel and asset impact, from top-of-funnel brand awareness and engagement, to bottom-of-funnel new business sales and customer renewals.
  • Align with Marketing and Finance teams to analyse budget spend and marketing return on investment, recommending opportunities to improve cost effectiveness.
  • Work with Marketing and Systems teams to implement and optimise automated workflows across our technology stack, which drive efficiencies and enable a high-velocity go-to-market execution.
  • Monitor the health of marketing operations processes, identifying opportunities to improve data quality, reporting and automations which drive overall operational effectiveness.

Essential criteria

  • 3+ years' experience in B2B marketing operations, growth marketing, revenue operations or a similar commercially focused operations role.
  • Experience optimising end-to-end lead lifecycle processes, CRM workflows and marketing automation.
  • Experience developing and maintaining lead scoring models, marketing attribution and performance reporting using CRM, analytics and marketing technologies.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience identifying trends, operational improvements and actionable insights from data.
  • Experience collaborating with Marketing, Sales, Operations and technical teams to deliver cross-functional initiatives.
  • Able to communicate data and systems information clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience working with CRM, marketing automation and analytics platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketing Cloud, Google Analytics, Tableau or similar technologies.
  • Experience using AI-enabled tools or automation to improve marketing operations, reporting or workflow efficiency.

Desirable criteria

  • Professional qualification in marketing, revenue operations, analytics or a related discipline.
  • Experience working within a B2B SaaS organisation.
  • Experience supporting marketing systems and integrations during mergers and acquisitions.
  • Familiarity with SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis.
  • Interest in emerging AI capabilities and marketing technology best practices.
