About the Role

The Events Coordinator supports Education and Workplace event logistics and coordination for customer facing teams, focusing on international markets. Working closely with Sales and Demand Generation teams, this role is responsible for managing the end-to-end logistics of owned and third-party events, both regional and national, ensuring smooth execution and alignment with commercial goals. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented individual skilled in managing event logistics, coordinating with vendors, and handling post-event follow-up.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Pre-Event Logistics: Handle all pre-event preparations, including team briefings, vendor bookings, budget management, collateral planning, and creating project timelines to ensure seamless event execution.
  2. On-Site Coordination: (When applicable) Oversee on-site event setup, vendor coordination, and stakeholder management to ensure smooth operations and a positive experience for attendees.
  3. Post-Event Tasks: Conduct event debriefs, manage equipment return/storage, handle PO payments, and lead team retrospectives to identify improvement areas.
  4. Process Coordination: Collaborate with Demand Generation and Marketing Operations to maintain a streamlined events process, ensuring consistency across events.
  5. Lead Management: Oversee the handover of event leads to the automation team, implementing lead capture forms and ensuring accurate lead tracking.
  6. Digital Event & Webinar Support: Assist with logistics for digital events and webinars, ensuring all technical and logistical needs are met.
  7. SWAG & Collateral Inventory: Manage the inventory of event swag and marketing collateral, ensuring appropriate stock levels and timely replenishment.

Essential Criteria 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Event Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 years of experience in event coordination, with a focus on B2B or educational events.
  • Strong organisational skills, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills for vendor coordination and team collaboration.

Desirable Criteria 

  • Experience in SaaS, EdTech, or a similar industry.
  • Familiarity with event management and lead capture tools.
