About the role

We’re looking for a Content Specialist, Sales & Revenue Enablement to help support and scale our commercial readiness efforts.

This is an early-career role ideal for someone who is proactive, highly organized, and excited to lead with AI to make information more accessible and engaging for our go to market teams. You’ll help ensure our global sales teams have the right content, at the right time, to do their jobs effectively.

This role is a fixed term contract for a duration of 12 months.

Responsibilities 

Collate & Design: Partner with sellers and subject matter experts in a fast-paced environment to help turn our sales playbook and updates into “rep-ready” content like training videos,, slide decks, and talk tracks.

AI Integration: Explore and implement AI tools to support content creation, summarize information, and improve knowledge sharing.

Content Stewardship: Help maintain and organize documentation so content is centralized, up to date, and easy for GTM teams to access across platforms.

Commercial Readiness: Support the rollout of training for key initiatives, including territory alignment, cross-sell priorities, and product positioning.

Feedback Loop: Connect with sales and customer success teams to understand their day-to-day needs, identify content gaps, and suggest improvements.

Essential Criteria

  • 1–3 years of experience in content creation, marketing, communications, or a related field (internships included)
  • Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to simplify complex topics
  • Highly organized with attention to detail
  • Comfortable using basic productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., Google Docs, Confluence or similar)
  • Eager to explore and learn new tools and technologies, including AI-based tools
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote, collaborative environment

Desirable Criteria

  • Exposure to or interest in sales enablement or commercial go-to-market teams
  • Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., Gemini, ChatGPT, etc.)
  • Experience working with content management or knowledge-sharing platforms
  • Basic understanding of SaaS or EdTech environments
  • Interest in or passion for education, particularly special education
