About the role

We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Administrator (RevTech) to join our Information Systems team, responsible for the technical ownership, administration, and optimisation of our Salesforce based Revenue Technology stack.

This role will play a critical part in ensuring our commercial systems (Sales Cloud, Gong, QuotaPath, ABM platforms, and other related tools) are reliable, well-integrated, and enabling scalable revenue operations.

You will work within our Salesforce team, liaising closely with the data team, and business stakeholders across Sales, Customer Success, and Finance to ensure systems and integrations support end-to-end revenue processes and help optimise the tech stack to deliver tech efficiencies to the company.

 

Responsibilities:

  • RevTech System Ownership
    • Act as the technical SME for the RevTech ecosystem, ensuring systems are scalable, secure, and aligned to business needs.
    • Own the administration, configuration, and ongoing optimisation of RevTech tools (Salesforce Sales Cloud, Gong, QuotaPath, ABM platforms, enablement tools).
  • Integration & Data
    • Monitor and support integrations between Salesforce, RevTech tools and other key business systems.
    • Investigate data-flow issues and work with internal engineering teams or external partners to resolve them.
    • Gather requirements and contribute Salesforce expertise to integration design.
    • Support the move towards an enterprise integration model using MuleSoft.
  • Process Enablement
    • Support key revenue processes such as lead-to-opportunity, quote-to-cash, and customer lifecycle management.Partner with RevOps, Sales, Finance and CS teams to translate business requirements into system solutions.
    • Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve operational efficiency.
  • Data & Reporting
    • Ensure accurate and timely data flows between systems to support reporting and analytics.
    • Collaborate with the Data team to ensure RevTech data is properly modelled and available in downstream systems (e.g. Databricks, BI tools).
  • Governance & Best Practice
    • Establish and maintain standards for system configuration, documentation, and change management.
    • Ensure appropriate access controls, compliance, and auditability across the RevTech stack.
    • Contribute to overall enterprise architecture and systems strategy.

Essential Criteria 

  • Strong hands-on Salesforce administration experience using Sales Cloud.
  • Experience configuring Salesforce Flow, validation rules, permission sets, integrations, reports and dashboards.
  • Experience supporting RevOps systems such as Gong, QuotaPath, Outreach, Salesloft or similar platforms.
  • A good understanding of SaaS integrations and how data moves between Salesforce and connected systems.
  • Experience supporting revenue processes such as lead-to-opportunity, customer lifecycle management or quote-to-cash.
  • Ability to translate requirements from Sales, Customer Success and Finance into practical system improvements.
  • Strong troubleshooting, documentation and stakeholder-management skills.

Desirable Criteria

  • Experience with Einstein Conversation Insights, Gong or similar conversation intelligence tools 
  • Experience working in an M&A, PE backed, high-growth SaaS environment.
  • Hands-on experience with Mulesoft.
  • Familiarity with data platforms (e.g. Databricks, Snowflake) and data pipelines.
  • Exposure to quote-to-cash processes and RevOps tooling.
