EviSmart – AI Workflow Automation for Dental Labs

EviSmart is the AI-powered workflow automation platform helping dental laboratories eliminate manual processes, scale without adding headcount, and protect margins.

We automate non-revenue generating tasks like:

  • IOS portal monitoring
  • Manual case entry
  • QC bottlenecks
  • File transfers between systems
  • CAD Design Services

The Role

We are hiring a driven, high-energy SDR whose primary mission is simple:

Book qualified workflow discovery calls for our Account Executives.

You are not selling software.

You are opening doors to operational transformation.

  • Creating curiosity around:
  • Staffing challenges
  • Production bottlenecks
  • Manual data entry
  • Scaling without headcount
  • Booking discovery calls for Account Executives
  • Logging detailed notes in HubSpot
  • Hitting and exceeding weekly booked-meeting targets

What Success Looks Like

  • Consistently books qualified discovery calls
  • Asks intelligent workflow questions
  • Creates urgency without being pushy
  • Maintains strong activity levels daily
  • Builds relationships, not just dials numbers

Must-Haves

  • Have heard the term “Smile and Dial” — and enjoy it
  • Love outbound calling
  • Be a natural relationship builder
  • Be competitive and internally driven

  • Be a team player
  • Be resilient — rejection does not rattle you
  • Have strong written and verbal communication skills

Bonus if you:

  • Have SaaS or dental industry experience
  • Understand consultative selling
  • Thrive in high-performance environments

The Ideal Personality

You are:

  • Energetic and confident on the phone
  • Curious and ask great follow-up questions
  • Comfortable talking to owners, CEOs, and production managers
  • Process-oriented but not robotic
  • Motivated by targets and recognition
  • Excited by being part of something early and growing

You don’t wait to be told what to do.

You create momentum.

KPIs & Performance Metrics

  • Discovery Calls Booked per Month
  • Call Volume
  • Email Engagement
  • Conversion Rate (Conversation → Meeting)
  • CRM Hygiene & Documentation

This role is measured by meetings that convert into revenue.

Career Path

Top-performing SDRs will have the opportunity to:

  • Move into Account Executive roles
  • Transition into closing roles
  • Take on team leadership positions
  • Participate in expansion revenue plays
  • We promote from within.

Compensation

  • Base Salary + Commission
  • Uncapped earning potential
  • Performance bonuses for overachievement
  • High performers will be compensated like high performers.

Why Join Now?

  • AI is transforming the dental industry
  • Labs are under staffing pressure
  • Automation adoption is accelerating
  • We have proven scripts, playbooks, and leadership
  • You will work directly with the VP of Sales

This is not a “smile and read a script” job.

This is a build-the-future role.

We ask for current or most recent salary to ensure compensation alignment, validate expectations, maintain internal pay equity, and assess whether the candidate’s background fits the role’s level. It also helps streamline the hiring process by preventing mismatches early.

We ask for expected salary to understand what the candidate considers fair and motivating, so we can tailor a competitive offer that matches their experience, needs, and the value they can bring. It helps us ensure alignment early without limiting strong candidates.

Form CC-305

Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
